Gradually over time
It took me about 6 months or so to start getting some decent traffic.

It took me a month, but times were a bit easier in 2004.

Too many variables that can make it easier or harder, quicker or slower. I assume we're talking about a gaming affiliate website.
Depending on the geo - it took me ~5-7 months to start getting converting traffic on the less competitive geo and over 1 year to get it in an extremely competitive and overpopulated geo.
Worth mentioning that I haven't invested anything into link building until the website started generating an income.
P.s. the first income any one of the two websites generated was from selling links![]()
Definitely at least 2 months on any semi competitive market. But it depends.
Interesting, for me generally 3-6 months.
In my case it was gradual. However, there are many factors involved and a few years ago it was much easier to achieve results.
It depends on the market competition and your topic ! In gambling usually we see results in 3-6 months.
Gradually over time, with some spikes happening after longer period of time
As much as we wouldn`t like but this "magic day" won`t come just like that at one fine moment. Most often it takes some time and enough resources to be invested in it to reap the rewards later.

I think it depends on many factors. such as the strong partner, the geo which you were available, design. etc...the time for sure, need to wait the result. don't worry. all the successful always start from 0. Everything is possible. Just always keep it positive.

it depends.. there are liuterally millions of sites and many look the same and just copy each other, if you produce something freat then 6-12 months but for real good results aroudn 2 years.

The time it takes for a new website to start receiving meaningful traffic can vary significantly depending on several factors, including the website's niche, quality of content, level of competition, marketing efforts, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.Generally speaking, it can take several months to start receiving a significant amount of traffic from search engines, particularly for a new website. However, there are several ways to speed up the process, such as using paid advertising, social media marketing, and influencer outreach.
there are many variables to consider
It will take time to build meaningful traffic, but if you get things right hopefully it will be slow and steady. If you want to build faster, finding a good niche and focusing on SEO to build, that niche may help. Being a small fish in a big pond will require patience.
You also can't get frustrated when highly targeted traffic comes in and still doesn't convert.
It's normal to have hundreds of people searching for specific reviews and clicking on affiliate links in the beginning and no one or isolated cases registering. For that you need traffic in the thousands (highly targeted) for anything to happen besides traffic itself.
However, in the beginning, the traffic alone those tens/hundreds of people visiting from search engines and reading our reviews are happy by themselves.
Depends on your investments (it's not only about money, but also about time).
