How many pets do you have?

haha hakank I think I'm with you on this one.... nothing like coming home to a nice big steamer every time I leave the dog alone for more than an hour.... pests is definitely an adequate description.

I voted 10 or more but since my pets are all tropical fish, maybe that should have counted as 1.

No great stories or tales to tell, they just go back and fore all day with the occasional up and down.

Well I am so crazy about animals that I actually prefer them to human beings.
Throughout the years my family got used to me bringing home all the stray animals...in fact I brought them home whether they were stray or not, and my mum and dad were forever having to go through the neighborhood knocking on doors asking if this dog, cat, rabbit etc belonged to them.

At the moment I actually have a whole menagerie but thats because my dogs have just had some oopsie puppies. I say oopsies because they weren't supposed to have pups because the dad is still a pup and we were told he was too young to make babies...yeah right...see the photos below!!

Asides from my 7 puppies I have a Neopolitan Mastiff called Bear, a Boerbull called Dobey, a miniature daschaund called Dinkey, a guinea pig called Rocky aka Rat ( his nickname ) 2 chameleons called Greg and Gary who are both girls!!, a macaw called Baloo, an african grey parrot called Beebee who swears like a trooper - his favourite word is Mother F***ker and he adds this at the beginning of most sentences....I could tell many stories about this parrot including the time he said to my mother in law "Get Out - F**ing Dog!!" then there is the other african grey parrot called Google who also talks like crazy but refuses to swear, then there is Frikkie - a male amazon parrot and Mona - a female amazon parrot. All the parrots talk and they sound like a fishmarket when they all get talking together.

I have to say I'm not really a dog person but Heather your dogs are very cute.

I have to say too that I almost wet myself this morning reading the email notification when I came to the part about your bird with their favourite swears being mother f***er... I wish I had gotten to see that when I visited you last year. Definitely would have been a good one to video.

Oh my God - just saw your little doggy with the CAKE!! Such a great picture. That deserves to be on a front cover of a Dog Magazine.

Normally I would of voted for having 6 pets, but I had a shock yesterday when one of our 4 rabbits had 10 babies! Unfortunately one was DOA and 2 got eaten overnight by one of the other rabbits.

Other than that we have a dog called Fluffy and a cat called Nelly.

Well Steve I hate to say this but I think my parrot is pro Bwin, because every day since this thread I have been going up to him and saying "F$@#K Bwin"( The neighbors think I have finally lost it )
The problem is that the only response I am getting from him is " F#@K YOU - MOVE! "

so now what......LOL

Maybe try alterations in the wording jumbling the words - haha - i am sure your parrot will eventually come through for us.

Steve, I think you need to come over to South Africa and have a big long chat with him

I figured if I just used the 2 words it would be quick to learn because of course we all know what his favorite word is, so in essence it is just the 1 word he needs to learn.

I guess I will just have to persist
