Just interested......I do this alot. The Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center (gwpa.org) is becoming my specialist subject. For this year, total spending is down 1.8% (the state will spend less than it spent in 2006-2007) and cuts were made in almost every department.

If I were a quick thinking affiliate manager, I´d be slapping my ads all over their home page and funneling 2 tier affiliate earnings to them........

Try using a brand new browser feature ... it's called a bookmark!
Great for going where you want without mis-typing the URL

With the way history drops down from the address bar I rarely use bookmarks anymore. Type the 1st few letters and click on the link I want.
