Default How much time do you devote to marketing changes for the sites you promote?

Running a portal gaming site involves lots of different activities. Adding new general gambling content, search engine optimization, link exchanges, replacing and adding new banners, updating special offer text, developing site infrastructure, and much more.

Some of this work is what I call marketing changes.

This includes replacing banners, updating special offers for specific casinos, and putting up and taking down specific advertising campaigns.

How many hours do you spend each month on these sorts of marketing changes?

Would have to say it depends on the time of year as the sites tend to get crazy with promos near the holidays and this time of year with poker sites having WSOP qualifiers, I guess since I am primarily a poker site I see more changes. I generally spend 10-15 hours/week on changing out promos and that would include new forum posts and email to members.

At least 40 hours per month. Every day I spend at least 4 hours (usually 8-10 hours) on these sorts of marketing changes.
