How much would you have to be offered to sell all your affiliate sites?

A little over a week ago RacingJim made a post asking about whether folks had a goal for their business. You can see the post here:

Within that post, he asked additional questions about whether you were working towards selling your company, and about how much money you would want to have before you stopped working.

For this week's poll I'm going to ask a variation on that question.

How much money would you have to be offered for your affiliate sites to seriously consider accepting the offer?

Besides voting in the poll, share your thoughts on how you value your business, and whether selling your sites someday is a goal of yours.

If the offer is right selling my sites would be definitely considered.
We had 3 offers on one of our biggest affiliate site but we couldn't agree with the prospective buyer.
I think it's hard to find serious buyers above the $50K+ mark.

Soplica had a good point: would you include your affiliate accounts?
In one of the cases we wanted to include them in the deal but we found that it can complicate things. Think about if you shared links from the same affiliate account on multiple sites? Also some affiliate program owners will not allow change of account ownership.

It's an interesting question however, regarding the poll, we could all click different numbers and it wouldn't mean a thing unless you understand the business model, revenue, traffic, profit/loss, etc.

Indeed - it's a bit of a noobie business question as the aggregated numbers have no value.
If it had been a revenue or earnings mulitple then it might have had some relevance.

What drove the bid?
Domain name, eyeballs or net profits?

What was it clearing (profits) per annum to attract that bid?
