I very much doubt that people will share this information with you. There's no reason to and details like these are kept private to each individual.

Affiliate marketing isn't easy and probably 95% of those who try it make nothing. The rest make anywhere from a few dollars to the very lucky few who make tens of thousands a month.

There's no rule about how long things take either and you'll need a few lucky breaks to start earning at all. I was probably about 18 months before I made anything at all, in this time it actually costs to run your site.

I worked at it for 4 or 5 years before I made anything on a regular basis, but it started as a hobby more than a side business. Once I got over the "build it and they will come" theory and started working at optimizing my sites for search engine traffic I started making money. I do primarily sports, so this is my high season (NFL football) I do a few hundred per month and growing, but still invest 20+ hours per week.

My first sites were the free hosting sites like homestead and an ezboard forum. For two years I didn't make any money off of any of my affilate tags. But..... I made contacts, learned the business and learned how to develop sites that make money. When I came into this business I had no clue what went into building a site, I didn't know any code or anything but I knew how to talk to people, how to get involved and I had a big desire to learn everything that I could, and talk about being overwhelmed! The first time I looked at html I was lost and really thought it was an insurmountable feat for me. Java script threw me for a loop too. So, I got a program that I could use that would handle the code for me, and I started learning the code by analyzing the code after I had built a site and seeing what made it work. By no means am I a 'coder' but I can hold my own now Some people make money early on, some like me take a couple years. Everyone else may fall somewhere in the middle. The piece of advice I can give you is to begin, set your goal, work hard and just never quit. Hold on tight, because at the end you're in for a wild ride

The best thing is to target your market. You can't be all things to all ppl. Start with what you like best, and later, you can branch out. If you want Hight Rollers (hehe), then make your site appeal to them.. or slots players, or bj players. Whatever.

It took me about 3 months to make a dime.
