How Swedish Legislation will Affect the Affiliates

So Sweden is moving from Grey to white from an unregulated to a regulated market. With taxes, oversight and license requirements. Which means that those casinos that don't obtain the Swedish Casino license will be forced to leave.

But how do we know which casinos to bet on and which we should not? Not nice to see our strongest performing brand just exiting.
And how do we prepare ourselves.

I dont know, but I also have a feeling that it is gonna be a decrease in Organic clicks as a lot of casinos will be start bidding on adwords.

However, I did hear some rumors that some casinos will actually grant affiliates the ability to work on their license. Can this be confirmed by anyone?

I imagine this will be the same as the other markets who decided to regulate. There are going to be brands who decide not to get a licence because the market is not profitable enough for them, and in that case you'll have to find another licenced operator to replace them.
