Hybrid Casino Deal - CPL + CPA Casino Wanted

Hello,

I want to know if there is any CPL and CPA deals out there in the casino world.
I am looking at a CPL per free membership signup as well as CPA for deposit.
I am okay with a deal that allows me getting whatever income is higher at the end of the 2 weeks or month (The CPL or CPA).

I think Revenue Share is the best way to earn by an affiliate. As you can earn till the life time of the player...So if your website get WHALES..then you can earn much better than the CPA/CPL deal.

I've never heard of CPL deals in this industry so it would be interesting to hear if there are any.
For those who don't know, CPL is Cost Per Lead so you would get paid for any sign-up not just a depositing player.
