Can someone recommend affiliate programs that offer reliable long-term revshare or hybrid deals? I am open to all countries. Program needs to allow popunder traffic.

Whether you want to target regulated market or not regulated.

Have a read thorough the GPWA, the question "what program should I join" is answered all over the forum.

Have a look through the sponsors section of the forum, look for the welcome thread in each forum as each welcome thread will start with a fairly extensive list of what they pay, how they pay, often covering the main markets, etc etc etc.

Although almost in every affiliate program you can use popunder traffic with their landing pages, from my experience, popunder traffic is not a successful method to bring new players to an online casino.

Id love to know If you've had any success with pounder traffic campaigns previously? Ive tried it a while ago and it was terrible!
