Default I am in a nightmare - Please give me some advice

    Hey all

I am i a nightmare right now because i have around 6000 euro outstanding with a sponsored affiliate program on GPWA.

Due to some technical problems in their end they need to do a lot of things manually, and the affiliate manager told me that i have to wait, without providing me a timeframe.

He told me that this problem affects all affiliates, and that they are only 2 persons in the department fixing this with Netrefer..

In their backend nothing is stated about this problem, and i never got any information from then regarding this issue, without asking them first.
Their affiliate programs's homepage got a total make over and they are still open for new affiliates to sign up, without letting them know that they wouldn't be paid until this bug is fixed.

I worried because of the lack of communication regarding this program cause they simply dont give a status on thing until you personally ask them to provide it - and when they reply you, you still not got a status on the problem, and i see that as a huge mistake.

They offered me 1 month ago a new deal in compensation and i was sure that this problem is solved within few days based on some replies from them, but its now a month ago and nothing happend since.

In one of the first mails with the manager, he told me that if this problem continues then he may be able to ask the financial department to pay me something, but this option is not available anymore as he simply don't answer me regarding this anymore.

They are telling me that they have a lot of missing data, they have to transfer manually because the affiliate earnings are maybe calculated wrong, but every single day i can see new updates with players revenue and im really sure that my earnings are calculated absolutely right - i can't see anything wrong with these data, and the AM claims that my earnings can be right, but many other affiliates revenue can be calculated wrong, and the fact that i gave them exclusive promotion in March and the beginning of April, just ruined my economy for that month, until i now got paid from other programs.

For me is this money all most life changing, and after waiting weeks i tried to threaten then with a complaint on Askgamblers and a thread here in GPWA, and i told him to find a solution and if not, he is welcome to only reply me in the public thread i would open.

I really find his answer arrogant, and the way he questions the effect in writing in forums
"However feel free to follow the forums and even post on them. Nothing can stop you from doing it.
History in the affiliate marketing world has proven that forums only have limited influence to the top partners that we have. Those that generate most of our revenues with. "
"Posting on the affiliate forums wont really make any difference in this case. Most affiliates that work with us for many years have appreciated the amount of info that we pass and the fact that we reply to them with updates on a timely manner. If you feel you are not covered by these and give us some more time to fix things for good, then I am afraid I cannot do anything else to assist"

Im maybe just stupid, because i know that it is a technical issue, and that they probably not can do anything about it until this is fixed, but in a previously mail he told me that they are going to send out a statement of the problem and inform affiliates soon regarding the situation to keep them updated- but it just never happened.

After i got this e-mail ^^ from him, i was scared that it's maybe a too risky step for me to write anything here and i tried to reply his mail telling him that " Ok, i will just wait until things changes, but i need to be informed on a weekly basis about the situation" but i couldnt send him the e-mail without getting this back from my e-mail provider
    "Final-Recipient: rfc822; "e-mail"
    Original-Recipient: rfc822; "e-mail"
    Status: 5.0.0
    Remote-MTA: dns; mx01."program".com
    Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-rejected 195.128.174.80 in blacklist
    dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net 550-IP 195.128.174.80 is UCEPROTECT-Level 1 listed.
    See 550 http://www.uceprotect.net/rblcheck.p...195.128.174.80

It now looks like he blacklisted my mail, and i cant get in touch with him anymore, and no answers from the general affiliate e-mail.

I tried to wait one week, but still nothing happened.

    _____________________________________

Now i need you to tell me - what would you have done?

Is it OK, even if this is a technical issue to ask me to wait for month on commission earned back in March because they have changed their whole system and things just didnt work out as expected?

I know a lot of companies changing, or migrate their software and all companies ofc expects these kind of "worms" in the beginning, but the companies i know are hiring extra people to get it fixed soon, and if he really say that they are only 2 persons to fix it in their end - and its now been for months then its just not good enough in my opinion.

Is it OK, that he tells you to keep you updated about the situation and you never got anything the last 2 month without asking him to provide it first?

Is it OK, that his tired of you writing to him because you think 6000euro is a lot of money, to blacklist your e-mail and with that method stopping you to ask for the situation (i know i said that i only want a reply from him, if he had something positive to say or else we do it public)

    - I really hope people here won't judge me because i can't understand such a difficult situation this affiliate program may have, but it is only because of all these promises he gives me (information in a timely matter to my e-mail without writing a e-mail first where i really try to tell these people that i struggle for this money, and i hope for a solution soon, and the solution to maybe get me paid before this issue is fixed).

He did reply on every single mail i was sending him, but it was only with "thanks for your understanding, we work hard everyday to fix it, and will send a statement out very soon" it was just bla bla bla...

The only newsletter they have sent affiliates so far is a bonus change for their scandinavian market, and i really can't understand why i even received that mail, because if i was them i would be quite telling affiliate about promos, and brand changes. until this problem is over.

The reason i didnt post the brand name is because i maybe thinks its a risky move, because i still hope for the money, but it's not impossible for you to find out who i am talking about.

Please give your input, because i am in a nightmare - i am just going to wait?- without knowing how long time? I have waited more than 3 months now, maybe a little early to write such a big thread but the amount of the commission is just telling me to do so.

You need to name and shame.

It may be a programme that are known to be rogue. Sponsorship here is all about money not trust. other affiliates may be in the same situation as you with the same programme and may be able to shed more light on it but without a name its all pointless.

First of all don't worry so much, it will not help you. If they are GPWA sponsors, than they must have forum members here, you can find all sponsor programs here. Try to contact them through our forum, PM them and ask for more information about your issue. It's bad idea to blacklist you, even if you have written and asked them various times about the same problem. Keep us informed.

Wish you good luck with resolving this! Unfortunately this happens but it is good to know there are forces like GPWA to support and assist.

@sportnbetting: Thanks for the heads up. I hope GPWA will step up and make sure that the agreement will be honored.
Progger is right. This is clearly mybet.

The reply of the AM is pure arrogance. Those people don't understand that there are much more readers than posters in the forum. Bigger affiliates will be wary to work with a program that treats affiliates like beggars and that is not willing or able stick to business deals. They are just further damaging their reputation.

    Hi all

It looks like the data problem has been resolved, and they start paying soon..
I recieved this news from Anthony, and can see that in my account that the commission is calculated now with a "pending" status.

I will update when they contact me (if they do) and when this nightmare situation is 100% resolved.

Thanks for your support, i helped me a lot mentally

    Hi, a quick update.

    The problem is not solved.

Now there is trouble to pay my commission to e-wallets.
1 week after i was told that the data problems has been solved i got a message that Im going to get paid now.. but 24 hours later they told me Per mail that i have to update my payment information to bank wire...
I did that 12 days ago and the exact same date were they wrote to me.

They say they will do it this week.. because of the "late" update of payment info they will send my commission in a second run

its such a joke when i told them several times how important it is to me .. and then keeps me waiting.

Its also a joke that my march commission status is updated to "paid" 12 days ago to my Neteller when its not - and the really annoying part is that MyBet was the featured affiliate program of the month in the latest newsletter from GPWA.

The aff manager Kriton is still not answering me, and Im only in contact with someone in the ticket system in the affiliate backend.. if i ever could get a name and mail for this managers boss i would be so happy.. because this aff managers willing to solve things is ZERO, so i really want to write about the whole situation and hopefully the boss will pass him the letter.. ( as you can see Im really mad..) the last 3 month has been pure struggle for me, and they are just taking their time
