    Default I feel incredibly been fooled ...

    1) On 01 October, my fixed commission of 35% (since 2007) decreased to 25%, discussion was excluded!

    I asked Roxy what happened?
    This was the answer:
    - Unfortunately as a business we have to move with what is happening in the market (what about agreements???)



    2) Between October 1 and October 4 textlinks did not track (this happend to everyone, not just me)

    I asked Roxy what happened?
    This was the answer:
    - Please can you check again now, as we found a bug All which was causing this issue All which has now resolved leg.



    3) I have a VIP player. I followed him between 01 October and 8 October. He lost huge amounts every day. On 8 October, he had lost € 31,000.00.
    I sent my manager an email with the request to change my 25% back in to 35% now we do good bussines.





    A few hours later it was all gone, from €31,000.00 in to €1291.60 it was reduced with minus 24 x (WHAT????)






    I asked Roxy what happened?
    This was the answer:
    - We had a reporting bug which caused the numbers to multiply everytime there was a build, thus showing distorted values. This has now been fixed.

    Oh come on, you mean there was for 8 days a bug and you didnt know that until I send you an email? .... What would you do in my case? Just say: "oke" ?


    IF YOU HAD NOT REMOVED PLAYERS DEPOSIT + BETS + WINS + BONUS Then there was evidence!

    Well, I just checked my earnings again and they have gone down - emailed them for an explanation

    SlotsAff, was yours also reduced by a multiplier of 24x?

    Hi gok,

    Please find my comments to your queries below:

    1. You commission levels were dropped as a result of having zero new depositing players in October. As already explained it was as a result of lack of activity and performance on your behalf. Our terms and conditions state that in the event that you bring in 0 new depositing players in a given month, your commission will automatically drop to 25%, thereafter it will follow our set tiers, details of the plan can be found on our website (Legacy plan). We are happy to offer you a different deal, and I suggest you contact your affiliate manager to discuss this in more detail.

    2. Regarding the links as already explained, we didnt change or remove any links, and your existing links from the old system are still reporting 100% as per before. As I got your details in the morning of the 3rd Oct, I immediately logged an investigation in to this, and it was resolved the same day. In the future I would highly recommend, that in addition to posting in the forum, that you also email your account manager immediately so that we can address the issue straight away, as we dont always get the threads come through from the forums as quickly as a direct email.
    3. As I explained via email, we had a database issue over the weekend which caused the numbers to multiply, thus not reflecting the true values which were actually reporting. This was not an isolated incident to YOUR account only, it was a general problem across the platform and was quickly resolved this morning. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience, the problem has now been rectified.

    You just removed my earnings. That's it.

    8 days there was a bug and you didn't know it? Didn't you test this new system before it was live? Did you forget you send me a message that test links where not oke and indeed there was a bug? What happend to the player bets and winnings plus bonus amounts? And most important of all the deposits!

    That VIP player plays 10k every month, this month in 8 days he played 31k. As soon as I contacted you it was all gone, exactly 30k was removed. That amount didn't show up in one day, I was following him 8 days!

    We talk about trust, I am working winds 2007 with you guys and never had a problem till now, also I had an agreement of 35% for 5 jeans now, you can't just remove that, simply not!

    To clarify, there was not an issue with our system for 8 days.

    You contacted us re your links on the 2nd Oct at 6.20pm on the forum, and I only received the notification of your thread, the following day, 3rd Oct. As soon as we were made aware of your post, I personally replied to asking for more details in order to launch an investigation, and the matter was resolved that same day.

    On the weekend (6th and 7th Oct) we had a database issue (which is a completely separate matter from the above) which caused our numbers to multiply. It was spotted during a general check carried out by our team in the morning of Monday 8th Oct, and it resolved that same morning. Again this was not isolated to your account only, it was across the entire platform, and I can only apologise for this technical issue.

    I'd like to remind you that we're eCogra certified, thus our reporting has to be accurate and fair and we have ensured we've maintained these standards for the new system as well.

    I do trust you guys, I have always done. I also did contact my manager h was out of office and your MSN was offline. Thats why I send you that email. I do trust Emile, h is the best manager ever. Also you have been very kind to me sinds you started working at Roxy.

    The thing is I was totally surprised your new system made such mistakes
    I mean its not nothing to see
    31k going down to 1,2k

    I have been, yes I've been once fooled by Europartners for 27k,
    Thats why I don't let that happen again.

    No they are NOT, the campaigns are NOT reporting so it is NOT 100%!

    Where are the players deposit amounts + players bonus amounts + players bets + players wins ?

    It could be a reporting error but do you have proof that the player did deposit and lose as much?
