It depends.
Target market
Geo of the majority of the players
Keywords source of traffic
Bonus players or not
Longevity of players (partially due to the operator sent unless bonus players that do not stay)
Type of the majority of the players (you said betting but not necessarily sports betting so sports or casino)
Games played (if casino which games are targeted and played the most, table, slots, vo etc)
About a hundred other factors not mentioned

I am not as experienced as my colleagues above, but it seems to me, as has been said, that there are a lot of factors, especially in sports betting.
In some cases CPA seems to be much more profitable (as already calculated) even though it is generally considered less valuable than RS, and it certainly is. It all depends on the players. Sometimes CPA is ok, sometimes RS, and other times if you have winning players then Turnover commision or CPA. There are a huge number of variables.
Sometimes likes on social media don't do much and are just scooped up with accounts from africa etc.
What countries do you have in mind? Africa and Europe are large diverse areas.

The basic answer is no one can answer your question, Daveking (other than a CPA approach as laid out by AussieDave, of course). Too many factors and too many variables.
Although, for example, if your players are all from African countries - where the player value (to my knowledge, I could be wrong) is low - then someone who targets that same market might be able to give you averages from their own experience. Those averages may or may not equate to your own experience and results. But most likely, they won't equate.
But, as an example, just say you have 500 players making you $1k a month. Then, one of your signups is a syndicate or a high roller, and just that one could make you 100% or even 1000% more than all the other 500.
Of course, you'll never get that whale if, for example, all players arrive on your site looking for free €/£/$5 bets.
So...as has been said...much is down to how you're attracting the FTDs, where they are coming from, whether you can maintain that FTD rate either with the same player-value or an increased player value, and equally, whether you can increase the current FTD conversion rate exponentially.
We provide sport betting tips in our social media account from there we get the clients. I heard that ones you have 1000 palyers you start to see the serious amounts of money. What do you think ?

Just like everyone said, you better work with some other brand.
This affiliate network has a ton of betting brands, I talked to them at Sigma, seem to be alright. Test it out and see what works best. This way you won't need to waste your time going from one brand to another.

50% deposit conversion rate for Africa + CIS, $10K in USD Deposits in 2-3months, $1K earn per month.
RS rates at 45%.

I never found African traffic worth the drain on site resources and bad google stats. If you get many mobile users from a country with bad internet getting slow responses then google blames the site, not the country infrastructure and marks the site down with slow core stats.

Aside from African traffic which is usually poor quality and low-rolling, the OP said he also acquires traffic from Eastern Europe. Where from in EE? Who knows, he didn't say. Though, he doesn't say a lot, does he. Asking for help but we're practically pulling teeth...

After few months the RS for sportbetting traffic can be totally on track.
If you keep doing those amounts of FTDs (or even much less) and your unnamed affiliate program is honest then you should see at least 10k/month in 2 years even with bad geos and probably much more.
All depends whether you catch the whale.
Because affiliate marketing on RS is a whale fishing.
I am just not sure whether the people who are that stupid to follow tipster scams in 2022 have some significant money.
