I've heard it on the media a few times this week, they were all invited on and only Trump accepts. O'Reilly just said it in response to viewer's email. Cruz declined to come on.

A far as the issues go, we all know the issues, its the same issues since at least 2008. immigration reform, tax reform, social security reform, medicare reform, economy growth. Bush 43 was talking about social security going broke as far back was 2004.

It's the progressives that are destroying America.

Trump's path to the GOP presidential nomination is now clear after his victory in Indiana on Tuesday pushed Ted Cruz and John Kasich out of the race.

The number of voters pretty much ensures trump will be president, lets hope he is not as progressive as I fear.

Well Trump is doing really really bad in all the polls against Clinton, so it remains to be seen if he can actually beat her.

Let's see if the poll numbers turn around in the next month or so.

And the biggest irony in the entire election is that the two candidates with the HIGHEST unfavorable rankings, among all registered voters, are the two nominees.

Well he is a lesser evil than Hillary.

But apparently Trump is no longer self-funding so I am a bit skeptical now.

According to a news article that I read, Hilary is the favorite to win in November at odds of 4-11 at Ladbrokes, while Trump is a 9-4 underdog.

I was fairly sure he would never stay self-funded, and that alone is a bit of a mis-nomer since he didn't need to spend what the others did based upon how well he manipulated the press.

The media kept giving him air time that would have cost the other candidates hundreds of millions of dollars. I think that some of the media outlets secretly wanted it to be down to an election between him and her. (it was the democrats best chance at getting her in)

The voters will now be faced with voting for a candidate they do not like or trust (based on the polls) and it is what we end up deserving since we brought this on ourselves for giving him the nomination.

The republican party is still hopeful that there will be at least some uniting behind him since it really is a question of him or her.

When it comes time to close the curtain, I think many will not be voting for who they want as much as some will be voting against the other.

It still remains to be seen whether many Sander's supporters will be swayed over to Clinton, or if Trump can win some of what is loosely termed "outsider supporters".

People often surprise you. They may vocally support one nominee but end up voting for someone else at the booth...

Who is actually winning the election? Again I don't think the winning will make a big difference in my opinion, but I would like to seek Trump win simply because he is something different

If the election were tomorrow, the way the polls stand I do not think Trump could win, whether he can turn that around between now and November only the next few months will give an indication.

Does anyone know if the the line on Trump has changed any in recent weeks?

Do the bookies think he can beat Clinton?

CBS has a fairly reliable one, Pew Research, Gallop and many more.

If all the polls were much closer it would certainly be more difficult for the pollsters, but all the polls for months have always had Clinton beating Trump, so I do think the race is about to get very interesting and more mud slinging than we have likely ever seen in a presidential race.

In the interest of fairness, there is a lot more mud available to sling in this election than in most previous.

    LOL

    That is quite true,

I think many people will know a whole lot more about mail servers and how being a politician gives special privileges with congressional investigations.

I also think more people will be taught about how big companies that lie about their net worth are able to file bankruptcies on companies to avoid paying debts, while the little folk keep paying and paying.

The list really goes on and on from both sides....

Trump still has some time to win some votes. Also I think many people do not confirm publically that they vote for Trump as it is not political correct to vote Trump. There's a big pressure on people to be political correct nowadays.

And it is possible that polls are manipulated. http://gizmodo.com/former-facebook-w...ser-1775461006
