I actually tried to submit nominations this year, and after spending a couple of hours writing all the words required to nominate, I pressed submit and the form lost EVERYTHING. Didn't bother going back because I don't have a couple more hours to spend on it. So yeah, I probably can't complain about the shortlist, but I'd expect that someone prob should have checked the results to make sure they were actually in the right category.

I was involved in the judging process last year and left detailed feedback on the problems with their systems. It's frustrating to see that no action was taken to address the issues.

They make their money by sending players to operators. So in short, yes of course they are.

Hi Renee,

We've updated the image posted above as that was a mix-up at some stage.

I don't work on this so I'm not sure on the technical error you described but I will talk to the operations team about it.

To avoid this (which I've heard happening before to other people), we tend to always email a Word document with our nomination in it. We always work from the Word doc. and use that to submit both the online and emailed version. Hope that helps.

Thanks Nick. So it's a recurring issue then. Glad to know it wasn't user error :P

I suppose that seems like an obvious solution, but kinda defeats the purpose of having a website. I imagine keeping track of email submissions probably means some may get lost too.

Will keep it in mind for next year though, thanks.

I would also recommend some software like Grammarly, it helps me a lot checking grammar and spelling mistakes (English is not my first language).

There's definitely some strange choices - Why is there separate category for English and Non-English casino affiliate websites when there's 2 non-english websites in the English category?
