    Logo is different to Marvel original, font is different, just same colour scheme. I think they are not breaking any laws like that.

    Well they have the name marvel in the domain which is bad enough, marvel could take the domain with a trademark claim if they wish.

    Well they have the name marvel in the domain which is bad enough, marvel could take the domain with a trademark claim if they wish.
    And if they no longer wish to be associated with slots and gambling, they may just do that. A disclaimer on your site is meaningless,but you could 301 direct to a new domain without the loss of any traffic - probably.

    Absolutely, and the argument that the marvel slots will be worth millions to disney isn't a great one as their family friendly brand is worth far far more than that. I can't see them wanting to be associated with it in the future.
