Income Access, is it all OK in this month?

Hello. I have very strange stats on my Income Access affiliate programs.
Every month i have ~10 New Players at this programs. So, ~1 new player every 3 days.

After 01 February i have 0 New Players. Today is 22 February, and this is very strange.
My sites traffic and positions is absolytely the same as at previouse months.
Maybe this is only deviation, but every day this is looking more and more strange.


Anybody have the same problem?


p.s. old players play as usual.

Can you specify which operator you are seeing this with?

There are obviously a myriad of reasons why this could be happening, including simply a slow month in conversions.

Hello Allan.
When i counted my new players, i checked only quick stats section. But today i try to more deep check. I started from EfBet Affiliates.


My records, based on your quick stats reports show, that:


at January 2016 i had 2 New Players.
at February 2016 i had 0 New Players.


But today i checked Account Report section and this section show me diffirent digits about New Players. Total Comission is the same. But something wrong in your system. Please, have a look:

January 2016.
Quick Report = 2 New Players
Account Report = 3 New Players

Quick Report = 0 New Players
Account Report = 1 New Players




So, if diffirent columns on your stats don't correlate with each other, i think, that may be the reason on your side? And where is quarantee, that all another columns work normal, if we see some simple errors.

Nuni70 won't show in the quick stats because he registered in a different time frame than "last month".

I suspect mertol did not register in February.

According to Income Access logic, if the player does not register in the "observed period", they will not be considered a new depositing player in the quick report. It drives me nuts as well, by the way.

Thanks Shay, i think i understand. So if player sign-up at 29 February 23:50, and made deposit 01 March 00:05 Income Access software don't indicate this player, as February New Player, and don't indicate this player as March New Player. Am i right?

Yes you are right.

You can see in the first screen you posted that Nuni7o actually registered on 25 Nov 2015 and would have been considered a new player in the November report (I think).

His first deposit is actually in January, but that doesn't make him a new AND depositing player in the January report.

Similarly the player mertol actually registered on 31 July 2015, and did his first deposit in February 2016

This actually does show good integrity on the property IMO. They seem keep a players details active (linked by email / address usually??) - and perhaps when the players tries to register again they are reminded of their initial account.

He would not show as a new real money player in either month - unless you ran the report to include the month he/she signed up AND the month he/she deposited.

The affiliates hat have commented explained what you are seeing perfectly, and why those players do not show up as NDP's.
