Hey folks does anyone know what license jurisdiction Smart Live Gaming Group falls under?

Interested in finding out who regulates them and where one can file a complaint regarding some serious matters and I cannot seem to find where they are licenses and regulated.

Any help on this would be appreciated as quickly as possible.
