Ok guys, here it is, from me Yuval, head of the affiliate program:

First of all, you guys are right. you are right about being contacted too many times. In some cases mentioned above here it is also irreitating. I can understand you guys. Those who know me, know I have been an affiliate for many years, and yes I was contacted by AM's my self. I will try now to point out a few points that are facts and will till you what I will do about it.
I am with you guys fully all the way, as I am with my registered affiliates. I am 100% transperant and will show and tell you whatever you need.

1. you are not being spammed. all emails are comming from hard work of search engine researches, contact us on site buttons and worst case Whois info. Also, sites are picked up here in the forum and other forums as well and lists of attendents to conferences.

2. There is NO affiliate "hot list" that I buy or get from some one and is listed in alphabetic order or by 5 star ratings.

3. Your emails or contact forms are all visible and meant for other people to use if they wish. In my case, I share a business oportunity in OUR industry that we BOTH could benefit from. I am nott selling Viagra - that would be Spam.

4. Those of you who have received several emails from one of my AM's. I think that if it is to the same email that belongs to the same one site - then it's WRONG. And I apologize. Some of you have tens of sites and several emails. We as AM have no clue what belongs to who. At least not while we are brand new.

5. I admit not having in office a CRM program that I can list all contacts and update - I do however work with excell sheets and every conversation is documented for our records.

6. I will do my best to have the AM's double check the emails before they send. I do however kindly ask that if you are not interested, thats fine, but please reply with a message saying youre NOT interested and I will make sure the AM's take you of the list. ( yes I know member called GFPC has done just that, sorry mate, I really am trying here, nothing is perfect but im on it, i promise!)

Ok, to conclude. This whole thing is good news and bad news. Good cause it shows we are working hard and reaching you guys, i hope you appreciate that. You should see how we take care of you as affiliates! we do everything to help you succeed cause it;s in our interest.
Bad news cause it pisses of some of you. What can I say? I truly am sorry. I will do my best to deal with it. Im not blaming you or running away from responsibility.
My AM's are humans and not robots and they need to make a living. they are compansated on success of sign ups and aff management.

I wish I could tell you guys to just drop this issue but I see it really bothering you. So I will do my best (again) to deal with it. You can contact me directly at : yuval.h@intpar.com to reply or to complain. Everything is fair and is on the table.

Lastly, we give up to 50% to affiliates...or is this a bad time to be "selling" to you? haaaa

I think the issue is the SAME affiliate manager contacting affiliates even after he/she has spoken to them. If they have already discussed placement options, media deals or affiliate offers and no working relationship was born, then that should be a clear example of that particular person or site not being interested in your program.

Email sent the first time = Not Spam
Email sent a second time = mistake on affiliate managers side
Email sent a third time = spam

I have had personally 3 e-mails from Nir Bar, not that I am complaining. However the same advertising arrangements were discussed. There is no point for that affiliate manager to keep trying if they have already been told by the affiliate of the options available. Period!

There is no point in trying to justify how you got peoples e-mail addresses, we are simply saying don't spam them with numerous e-mails. Obviously if we respond then we are interested if not move on.

But then when we get contacted at email accounts that do NOT exist on our websites, that do NOT exist as any kind of contact form and do NOT exist within whois records, but have ONLY ever been used to sign up at affiliate programs......

Totally agree. I started this thread and I dont mind if any AM will go to my site via google/bing/yahoo and contact me using email which I put on my website. I recieved 2 emails from Integra Partners and non of them are listed on my site. I use them ONLY to sign up at affiliate programs.

And once again:
I asked integra partners how they get my email, and they told me, that they checked WHOIS - which is a lie, as that email is not assigned to any WHOIS.

Thats why I consider Integra Partners as SPAMMERS.

May be if you promoted some casinos on your site you might earn extra cash , there is a cross over and many poker sites promote casinos.

For your information, i have now got the 4th mail, it says "you did not reply" when in fact i did. lol freaking spammers...

I have also gotten the 'you did not reply' email several times now. I just delete them. I get things like this daily and I must be immune to it now because I just dele and don't give it another thought.

However, I do have a question for you Yuval. I too have replied twice to nir and did not get a response. Is anyone monitoring the replies to the emails being sent by nir? To send out lots of mails is one thing, but then not to reply to replies is another. Hope that makes sense.

Funny thing is, these past couple of weeks i received so many spams. Exceptionally a lot for some reason. So when this one came along, i just got used to ignoring.

I get this sometimes and it really bugs me. I should've used a different email for each program going to a catchall - then we might of had an idea who is doing it.

I received another today. Now I am annoyed and would like to officially lodge a spam complaint. To add insult to injury, I have written back twice and never replied to.

I am almost positive now you guys have purchased a mailer list and are doing unethical marketing to affiliates. This is rotten.

You have now contacted me on my very own personal email address I only use for family and friends and a select group of affiliate programs.

I originally gave you the benefit of the doubt - but its clear to me now you purchase mailing lists and spam webmasters.

NIR emailing me to my personal family email address is way over the top and disgusts me greatly.

I ask the GPWA to reconsider the code of conduct for this group.

At first I was going to go with that, but now that I also have been contacted on an email, that maybe 3 people in the entire world know it, and has been used only once for a sign up, I gotta say, something smells fishy here.

My website has nothing to do with casinos, therefore "I am interested in working with you" sounds very rude as it's a BIG FAT LIE. I can bet that he didn't even open my website. I think the GPWA staff should get involved here and investigate this issue as its escalating and obviously Nir.B could care less and his superiors.
