An interesting copy of my web-site

Hello everyone,

Two days ago, I discovered in the google serp results an interesting copy of my web-site.
My web-site's URL is

dbestcasino.com

and all of a sudden I encountered a copy version called:

adbestcasino.com

As it turns out a guy - Anthony West with the following contact details -

Registrant Street: 48 Bootham Terrace
Registrant City: REDBROOK STREET
Registrant State/Province:
Registrant Postal Code: TN26 0ND
Registrant Country: UK
Registrant Phone: +44.07085133180

Decided that quote "There is no time to make a web-site" - it is easier to copy my site

Well I contacted the guy on the e-mail provided:
info@adbestcasino.com

and he replied:

Hi!
I am very sorry to copy your website, I am a promoter, there has been no time to make the website, see your website is very beautiful copy, no other meaning, I just want to apply for some of the CPA network accounts, hope you can forgive me, or if there is the possibility of cooperation, please contact me.


What do you guys think of this? Have you met this guy online before?
Apparently he thinks that I have a lot of free time to write articles and develop web-sites - so that he can copy for free???

Anyone else here been having too much time and seen his web-site copied?

lol, at least he is an honest thief? Send a dmca form to his host, and i would send the email he sent as well. I would also send him a email back stating you are doing the following.

I would notify any and all affiliate programs where he changed the affiliate links to his.

You should also file a report with google and notify his web host. When contacting his host, be sure to include his response and clearly tell his host that he thinks copying sites is fine as long as he doesn't get caught.

That's so ridiculous. Definitely file a DMCA takedown request, and make sure to let him know what you're doing since that might prompt him to take it down faster himself.

Send DCMA with google so he never appears in the search but my guess is he is looking to commit some kind of fraud with the website, CPA offers.. The post code and address do not match up so the name could be fake too

You only need to contact his host talking about a DMCA takedown request. They will suspend the hosting when they see his copy. All other advice is unnecessary. You need the site taken down, that's all and they will do it.

Yep, the postcode doesn't quite match the street but there is a Redbrook Street in TN26:
Redbrook Street, Woodchurch, Ashford, Kent TN26
But there is no Bootham Terrace that I can find in that area.

Lol, sorry to laugh but I have never seen anything like that before, pure copy and he proudly stand up by it.
His site seem to still be running but but what about hi tracking aff link?

But I disagree that all other advise is unnecessary.

Notifying affiliate managers will get back to him financially even quicker than having to change hosts.

I agree that notifying the host can and should be done, but someone who copies a site can just as easily move the site to another host, but the loss of affiliate accounts will prove to the affiliate that copying sites is not in their bets interest.

Yep - I agree. Make sure he doesnt make a single dollar. Get the AM's to ban him. It sicks you have to take the time to do this. I use to have my one site copied all the time but "knock on wood" it hasnt happened in a while.
