    Default Silence

Well i have to say that the non response in this case is definitely deafening and to my mind is incriminating. Why will you not put your case forward here ? If you choose not to do so then we must believe that you have no case to put forward.

Silence in this matter is definitely not Golden and is not doing you any favours at all.

    Hey GMan,

I usually don't check the forums all that often, but you seem to be voicing concern over the situation, so I will be glad to update you. This morning we were able to discuss the issue with Bryan from CM, and I assure you the situation will be resolved soon.

Yes , concern - that is the correct word, then you tell us that you are going to update us and then say nothing ? Well i guess we will wait to see what comes of it on the player forum. Kind of weird that dont you think - for webmasters to wait for feedback from a player forum.Anyhow i wont post anymore as i dont want to interrupt your busy schedule.

Enough stalling and quite frankly, enough BS. Did you accuse a player of using a 'system' to defeat your blackjack? If so, then are you saying that Playtech's blackjack is not random and therefore vunerable to a 'system'?

Your handling of this case is as bad as any I have seen. I repeat - no more BS. One more fuzzy reply and you're about done here in my eyes. If you're on the level then you have nothing to hide and I'll be the first to shout about how cool you are. Last chance you have to show this is the case. Hell, even if you've made an almighty f**k up, say 'sorry' and it'll make one hell of a difference.

FictionNet- I am aware that the situation has been mishandled, which is why this player will be paid, pending receiving documentation. Ultimately, the player was flagged not solely for strategy play, but for bonus seeking. When addressing the player directly we only addressed the issue of the "system play",(strategy play would have been a better term for this situation) which was OUR mistake. We should have stated all the reasons for her being frozen, and not just one. We spoke to CM yesterday, and we will be removed from the "rogue" list. We had a miscommunication with CM, as until I called them yesterday, there was never any contact. We relayed the reasons behind our decision, and CM pointed out what they saw as problematic, and the points made were valid. As a whole the situation will be resolved soon. I would like to remind you that we strive to implement strong policies against bonus abusers and fraudulent players to protect both ourselves and our affiliates. If we allow these kind of infractions, it ultimately effects affiliates as well. If there is any detail that you feel I left out, please let me know, and I will do my best to explain. My apologies for not being more forthcoming at an earlier stage, but this is our first player complaint and we had hoped to resolve it quietly.

It turns out CM did email our support, and these emails were not forwarded to management. Grand Duke has been removed from CM's Rogue list, and we exchanged emails, so I don't expect having any kind of communication problem with CM in the future.

Would you care to elaborate if you use Playtech bonus abuser black list?

Just curious cause that list is far from being accurate.

It sounds like you're STILL trying to justify your actions here. This case has been a shameful episode. Grand Duke is a tarnished name now and I can't see me taking any part of your promotion for the foreseeable future. Paying the player and being rerogued at CM is a good step but I'm not going to be so quick to forgive, based on the info we currently have.

If there is nothing specific in your terms and conditions that disallows it, you cannot go around refusing to pay players just because they max bet the whole time. Yes it is a very smart way of playing with a bonus, and there is a strong chance that they knew what they were doing, but they are entitled to do it.

FYI, were you aware that the number 2 result for "grand duke casino" on google.co.uk is now the thread at CM calling you guys rogue?

I wonder how many times various casinos pull these stunts without a player complaining. If Grand Duke has done this now, you can bet they have done so before. Miscommunication is the root of all online casino evil.

Time for damage control! Now on the CM thread a Duke employee has posted a fake 'glowing review', with their true identity revealed by the IP address. First the claims of a system that beats online blackjack, now changed to 'strategy' (no, that doesn't make any more sense as being a valid reason to not pay) and now the shills are sent in, digging an even deeper hole... Also still waiting for the evidence of this player being abusive, let's get that posted ASAP otherwise your reputation will be rogue regardless of your CM status.

This casino is done in my eyes. Chuck in some unpleasant e-mails from them (to me) and I won't be listing this group. Except maybe on a warnings page.

Crickets from Integra-Partners on this issue.

    No way I'd promote them.

I'd thought this was already up somewhere here, so didn't realize the employee post issue was seen as unanswered. They found out internally who had made the post and after they found out that person is no longer working there.

What I take from this episode is that any player that uses a strategy of trying to win can be listed as using "strategy play" and therefore winnings confiscated.....

So it's ok to play there.....as long as you don't try to win.

Really think the GPWA needs to rethink the sponsorship on this group. They have been up to some pretty funny stuff - shady if you ask me.

    Spam being one of them...

Having read the comments made in this thread it stands to reason that Integra Partners' reputation has been tarnished. The irony of it all this outfit only started out recently. It's going to be VERY difficult from them to redeem themselves from here on end.
