Before Black Friday Full Tilt Poker was firmly entrenched in the number two spot on PokerScout's rankings of online poker rooms (behind PokerStars). After Full Tilt lost its Alderney Gaming License, its rank plummeted, and was replaced at #2 by Party Poker.

As of this week, however, there is a new occupant at the No. 2 spot. Playtech's iPoker Network has landed in second place on PokerScout's rankings for the first time in its history. The iPoker Network includes Titan Poker, Genting Poker, Paddy Power Poker and William Hill Poker.
