It is only based on a $10 deposit though so i suppose they have done it to limit abuse

You know what I've changed my opinion on this !

I have a very targeted site focusing on 1 main component
and i've tested this for 3 days now ..

$680 in commission already ..

When you consider the deposit required to trigger the CPA payment is only $10 ... don't you think more people will be willing to signup and deposit.
Sure compared to others the CPA is stupidly low.. but then again a lot of those have min deposits of £250+

Seems to be working well for me so far .. happy i put this site on the CPA, all others are still on RS so lets see who wins
