Could we have a Sale/Trade rating for are user names here? I think that would be appropriate with the transactions done here at GPWA.

Could be used for numerous reasons:
1. Link exchanges
2. Link Sales "fair" or "Rogue No follow etc"
3. Website sales
4. Work etc
