We are reaching out with important information regarding the Payment Method details of your Ivy account.
Please note that as of 1st of September, you will no longer be able to update your Payment Details on your Ivy account . All payment method changes will have to go through a verification process and details will be updated by our team, using the proof of bank ownership provided by you.
In order to change your payment details, please follow the steps below:

  1. Inform our team at of new payment details and send over a proof of bank ownership dated in the last three months.
  2. Our compliance team will verify your new payment details against your account and KYC documentation records held.
  3. After successful verification, our payment team will update your payment details on your Ivy account and confirm with you once new details are registered.

For Anti Money Laundering purposes, we as a company are required to know our partners, therefore verification of payment details is extremely important for us to comply with the regulations and prevent risks.
