Exclamation Jackpotcash.co.za (RTG, Silversands Casino sister) not paying

    Here is a heads up for all webmasters and players of this joint;
A few months ago I deposited at their site via Mastercard and they are now refusing to pay me my winnings to any other method but "a bank account in South Africa".
I have also deposited via Moneybookers once but they are refusing to pay me that way as well.
They accepted my deposits from Germany and are now claiming I can not get paid in Germany. Of course I do not have a bank account in South Africa and they are simply trying to find a reason not honor their debts.

    Stay away!!

    That is somewhat priceless.

If you're German, with a German address and clearly Germany resident from your IP address, why would you have a South African bank account?

    Hey Schwankart
I know these guys pretty well. They shouldn't have let you play in Rands if they knew they could only pay to an SA bank account . If you can trust me enough I am more than happy to help you out. They have my banking details and can pay to my SA account if you like and I could then transfer it to your Neteller account . If you are keen I presume you would have to give them their authority to do this. Let me know .

Hey Topboss, thanks for the friendly offer!
I would be extremely grateful if you could help me out. The problem is that they are denying to answer upon my queries now as well. If you have a contact at their operation I would much appreciate if you could ask them to eventually send me the funds to my Visa or Moneybookers, which were the methods I used for my deposits with them.
If nothing helps with these cra*ers though, I would accept them to transfer the funds to your South African account first. -This is all completely bs by the Casino though and they are simply trying to find a reason not to pay.

Ok, It looks like we are not coming right with them. They aren't answering any of my e-mails . Just plain ignoring them , but I know they are getting them because I play at Silver Sands and always send a transfer to the same e-mail address and my account gets credited within minutes . Here is a copy of the last e-mail I sent to them. Sorry I couldn't help you Schwankart , but if I eventually get a response I will let you know

Am I going to get a response? If you arenít interested in your reputation Ė then just let me know and I wonít bother sticking up for you all the time in the forums

Urghhhh, wonderful.....! Sorry for my late response though. It is very unusual that I am unable to access the www for a several days, but it happened to me just now.

Me hopes affiliates are going to take the adequate consequence and dump these crooks. Is not this sick?!

I am bumping this as I want to make sure that all affiliates of this crooked outfit are aware of -who- they are supporting!

Stay far away from this joint!

    Question

I noticed that their affiliate programm, sureturn.com, is GPWA approved. Is there noone here who has got a connection to these people of Jackpot Cash?

The affiliate programs associated with GPWA are simply sponsors, it is simply recognition that they are supporting the work of the association, and not meant as a certification or endorsement.

However, I was surprised to see this comment in particular because Sureturn.com is NOT a sponsor. Looking at their site I do see the old GPWA logo and an indication that...
The GPWA have acknowledged that we are a scumware free group. This means that we are not out there stealing your customers. We are here to work with and for you.

I wasn't around the forums at the time when scumware was an especially high-profile issue and that type of judgement about particular programs occurred, but it may well be true -- it means that they don't allow affiliates to use malicious software that replaces other people's affiliate codes with the affiliate code of the scumware/software producer.

Are there any plans afoot from the GPWA, to drop sponsorship and actually have a proper certified program system in place. Whereby, those affiliate programs which advertise on the GPWA and subsequently have their own forums here, have to meet a specified minimum criteria standard - before being allowed coverage by the GPWA.

Personally I feel this would add weight to the GPWA and would ensure less knowledgable new webmasters entering the industry do not sign up with some of the less reputable affiliate programs.

Just scanning the list of sponsors which the GPWA currently carries, there are several I as a webmaster or indeed a player would not touch with a bargepole.

    Thumbs up

Dirt programs such as this one should not even be mentioned in a positive light. I am linked to the GPWA and it scares me that I maybe helping innocent players along in playing at these corrupt gambling sites.

    Hi all,

TopBoss and I actually caught this group in an all out lie years ago.

I thought (as I'm sure she did) that they had cleaned up their act.

it never ceases to amaze me the short-sightedness of these types of programs.

Yes they save a few dollars now. The long run ... it will cost them dearly.

apparently the saying "can't see the dollar for the dime in front of them"' has not been appreciated though its been proven time and again.

TB: i'm sorry you have found yourself in this situation because you're truly an upstanding person and deserve to be treated so much better than this bunch of scumbags have shown.

Don't lose that integrity. Not all the programs are like this. again I'm sorry you've found yourself so let down by a group that was extremely lucky to have someone like you speak on their behalf.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

I would like to do that. But in the meantime, I felt is was really important to identify sponsor programs as really just being sponsor programs rather than being certified. That is all they have ever been here and on other forums insofar as I have been able to tell. There are others out there who list programs as being "certified" simply because they provide funding, and I've absolutely refused to use that label since it is misleading.

However, even without a formal certification program, I still have no interest in having "sponsors" that don't act professionally. The agreement we have with affiliate program sponsors requires that they comply with a code of conduct, which we may revise from time to time, and if they fail to do so then they would be in breach of their sponsorship. If you think a program is not operated in an honorable fashion, then you should document your reasons for feeling so in the affiliate program forum in a sound and rational fashion. That way other webmasters can see what you think and why, and can use that information to decide whether the program deserves their involvement. My only request about such posts is that they be presented in such a way that the program can fix the problem and be seen as doing that, or seen as not fixing the problem and be recognized as not fixing it by other forum participants. So please make such posts in the form of the statement of an issue and a request for a response rather than just in the form of a rant.

    Thanks,

    Smile Honest Affiliate Programs

Can anyone let me know which programs are honest and which have been known to cheat its affiliates? It would be a huge help to know which ones to trust and which not to promote?

    Thanks guys
