    Default Jackpots heaven threatens webmasters

I am one of several webmasters I know who received a mail like this:

Please stop spreading false rumors by opening new threads on forums. This is a friendly warning to advise you to STOP NOW. We know you live in USA and you will be help responsible for every post you have made with false information which ruine our business.

I assure you that your fees you charge to damage our casino reputation will be dwarfed by the legal fees to oppose our lawsuits. If you have an in-house attorney, I recommend that you forward this email to that office NOW.

We wish you only the best going forward and regret we must resort to this form of communication.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Sincerely,
    =============

I received it because of this thread:

    What's up with that?

    This part gets me:

I assure you that your fees you charge to damage our casino reputation will be dwarfed by the legal fees to oppose our lawsuits
Like someone was going around paying webmasters to say things about his software.

Wait til Microgaming and RTG file suits against him, he has a number of their slots in his software, same names, images and all.

So we changed casinos that are scum to... casinos that are questionable Of course we have to show our forum members that there are many sites issuing warnings on this casino after all the internet is used for information right?

    I have responded with this:

    Dear Andrew,

This is the first contact I have had from you.

Did you not read the write up properly particulary the last paragraph, whereby it is stated we will vigorously and aggressively defend any legal action?

I suggest that if you wish to contact me again you either do so through your lawyer or provide me with your lawyer's details so I can pass them on to our lawyers.

    Regards

    Dave

we are not a rogue casino anymore
    LOL that says it all.

A criminal organization in USA standards, with its owner afraid to set foot on US soil, threatening to sue a law abiding US citizen for infringment of a trademark/libel that it seeks the protection of US law for, and which it uses to break US law. And now is using the trademark to steer people away from a "used to be rogue casino" is just priceless.

Brilliant management, Mr Fench, Brilliant management.

Funny but completely taken out of context.

Where is the link with Salus Technologies proven? I've had a good look at both sites, can't find any reference, maybe I've missed it. I'm not going to DL the software to check the games.

You can go to the software's website and play the games for free... at least that's what someone said they did, I didn't try it myself.

I've updated my Jackpots Heaven article, to take into account the legal threat I received. I have also updated the article with all known sites that are also blacklisting this outfit.

    http://www.onlinecasinoreviewer.com/jackpotsheaven.htm

If and when the APCW cover this, I will also add their video to the article.
