It seems very reasonable Salus is the software provider based on this link if not already posted.

Let's play a game of spot the difference

    xxxhttps://www.jackpotsheaven.com/preview_games.asp

Ceasars Magical Empire a great innovative slot advertised on the above page. Here is a screen shot:

Note the funkified purple plumed helmet in the top right of the above image.

Ok here is the second picture.

Ceasars Empire a unique slot developed by RTG

Casinomeister member Lookaway did a bit more digging though and provided these screenshots:

Now I have a serious question. Why is a GPWA Approved Portal, an eCOGRA Reputable Portal and an APCW Media Partner in the form of Online Casino Reports promoting this outfit?

Using this adcopy no less " Jackpots Heaven Casino is the place where players from all around the World can enjoy unique and various games provided by dedicated casino software. The particularity of JackpotsHeaven is its unique casino software which you can’t find elsewhere. It’s simply unique. Jackpots Heaven does serve an international audience, whether you are in America, Europe or Asia. Jackpots Heaven Casino accepts and welcomes all players without exception. "

To add, I am not in the office until Monday. But the threat I received from Andrew Fenech, whilst using a jackpotsheaven domain name, the mail actually was sent and relayed off a Salus owned server.

Did I mention he hasn't got back to me since I replied and updated my JHeaven page accordingly LOL

Will post the header info when back in the office tomorrow.

A better question would be why are GPWA & eCOGRA promoting them if they are not a reputable portal?

Then again; possibly a simple oversight on their part - not all affiliates worry about due diligence the way you seemingly do. Further it seems all this info has just recently came out - first I ever heard of it was late last week. Did you actually try to contact the site in question to tip them off?

I would have guessed any site promoting a casino is responsible for performing their own due diligence, no?

That's what I do and most other webmasters. You know, play there, try them out, their customer service etc etc

Has nobody actually dowloaded the software to verify? The CME preview has now been removed - was this the only JH game (not Salus site game) that was verified as being copied?

    My contribution:

    http://www.hundredpercentgambling.co...-threatens.htm

I really could not give less of a stuff about poor widdle Micwogaming and their copywight infwingent pwoblem, and I find the outrage expressed laughable if I'm entirely honest. Tusk and Eurolinx? Or for that matter, Grand Prive?

Microgaming lost all my sympathy a long time ago.

Your right to express your own priorities and opinions, if factually corroborated, is of course another matter, and assuming things are as alleged, Friend Fenech needs to work out where the problem lies.

    Default Strange Video Response...

Video Response from Jackpots Heaven, and it is far from professional.

    http://www.apcwinteractive.org/video...ch-of-jackpots

In a video sent to the APCW on February 25th, 2010, Jackpots Heaven has a message for the APCW, Casinomeister, and others who would question their complete lack of integrity. And that message not only bolsters the warning signs about this group, but also presents a pretty solid case that these people are legitimately insane. Hiding behind graphics and computer software which alters their voices, this video is an exercise in how to destroy your reputation and bury your brand in one easy step.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    I love this industry.

At first I thought this was a spoof video that the APCW made to put Jackpots Heaven's email to.

Then Christine pointed out to me, that they actually sent this in to the APCW.

The guy sounds like Jigsaw from the SAW Films.

The only certifiable thing about their casino is that the owners need certifying, locking up and the key thrown away.

    Very very funny.

Jackpots Heaven will be remembered for all the wrong reasons in years to come.

I posted this at casinomeister in hopes of getting to the REAL problem.

I wanted to ask if what he said about NO one that is a victim has complained (like Microgaming, etc) true?

If that is TRUE then this type of thing will always happen as we've witnessed with Grand Prive. Can anyone verify the NO COMPLAINTS and that other start ups does the same in the industry? I know the license part is crap, but not sure of the graphic claims.

IMO we can learn alot about how outfits like Jackpot Heaven and Grand Pricks` survive in this industry that has gone to Crap.
IMO we have done the grunt work for them to expose this rogue and now it's up to the 'victims' to follow through. If not then this is all for not and we will have more players using the 'casinomeister' coupon code getting ripped off and more victims since they are gonna ride the attention wave!

They should NOT be here for one more day let alone 'Years to come'! Which more than likely WILL happen.

The allegation of cheating is unproven - when I suffer a 4 SD event and complain, I'm usually told to STFU. Same applies here.

Costa Rica? iNetbet is in Costa Rica, along with a million other operations.

Goofy video? LMAO - now let me see, ain't noone else out there I know who routinely makes videos replete with sqeaky noises and goofy voices. I'm mean, let's thank the hell our lucky stars that the Jackpots Heaven video didn't figure a talking robot. I reckon that really would be pushing things a bit far, no?

So it's a crap casino. Big news. I can show you a few more. Like English Harbour, who had cheating software. Like Rushmore, who are currently withholding a $5000 cashout for months after the player was investigated and OKed. Like Casino Club, who are sitting on 200,000 of ill-gotten gains. Like Interwetten, who stole over 50,000 from me and a bunch of others.

    Savvy?

Aside from that, it's just the feeling this thing gives me. On the one side, Microgaming have stood by and watched two massive pokerrooms fold, leaving players' deposits of substantial eight figures lost, to say nothing of currently (this may change in accordance with future events) sitting by and watching Grand Prive and eCOGRA stick two fingers up at everyone. On the other side, everyone seems terribly worked up about possible "infringement of copyright" against Microgaming.

    Oh dear.

When Microgaming start taking themselves seriously, I'll start worrying about their copyright issues. Until then, they can take a jump as far as I'm concerned. They lost all entitlement to my and everyone else's sympathy long ago.

The point is the video should not have been made. It is unprofessional and in doesn't help their case in the least. The guy stole images and that's a fact. His casino looks like total **** and people should be made aware of it. The casino is rogue and that's all there is to it.
