    I have watched it over and over again and still don't get how there can be the same number of pieces after one is gone.

    That's pretty crazy..

    I think the way it works is that the overall length comes down slightly, and that the difference before and after isn't very noticeable to the eye but the missing amount of chocolate is equal to the 1 piece that's been removed.

    Took a few screen grabs and put them side by side and you can see the one on the right is a little bit shorter after the piece is removed:



    Either that or there is some type of sorcery going on :P

    You're right, the length of the bar is shorter by 1/4 of 1 piece the bar is 4 pieces width so that is your missing piece. Pretty clever though, and a cool party trick if you're with friends.

    Pretty neat trick although tempting to believe, there is no such thing as unlimited chocolate unless you own a chocolate factory!!!
