Cool Join the GPWA at G2E 2016, September 26 to 29: Get Your Free Pass Today!

This year G2E in Las Vegas on the 26th to the 29th of September 2016, for the sixth year in a row, will be an interesting place to be for folks in the iGaming industry.

On Monday, the iGaming Congress at G2E takes place. It consists of presentations designed to introduce land-based gaming executives to the world of online gaming. We will be attending and reporting to GPWA members on highlights of these sessions from an affiliate perspective. These sessions are priced for gaming industry executives at $679 for the day.

Most affiliates will simply want access to the G2E exhibit hall beginning on Tuesday, 27 September, which includes iGaming Pavillion exhibitors as well as hundreds of land-based gaming industry vendors. This is the largest gaming related trade-show in North America, and everything new in the industry is on display. Access to GPWA and APCW members is free as long as you register in advance using the link below by the 19th of September (otherwise the early registration fee if you just visit the G2E website is $225). After that date only registration at the event is permitted, and the on-site registration fee is $299. So, it pays to register early using the free registration link below if there is a possibility you may attend.

To register for a FREE pass, use the following link by September 19 and fill in the required information for a new registration:

Register at GlobalGamingExpo.com using priority code EEM324AR (applied automatically if you click on this link)

And, if you do attend G2E, please stop by our stand and say hello. The GPWA will be exhibiting with Casino City Press in booth number 4107, and we'll have a brand new edition of the GPWA Times Magazine hot of the press that we'll be happy to give you.

I know that VEGAS has a reputation for land-based gaming ...
But why do online events bother with the Luddites?

Legal iGaming and USA seem a non-sequitur to me ?

I know horse racing and daily fantasy sports have lobbied to carve out a niche ...
    And there are some rats-n-mice intra-state set-ups ...

But seriously ... it's 5/8ths of "sod all" compared to the REAL iGaming markets that are out there ...
Why would online affiliates look to attend this back-water event ?

We don't go for the event but to meet up with some friends and plan our yearly vegas trip around it .I agree not much there for online affiliates but we enjoy meeting with Alex,Simmo etc when we can.You also get to see new slot games and learn about the payout ratios AKA which slots to avoid when you play lol

Nothing beats Las Vegas. I won't be attending the event but I do recommend Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab at Ceasar's Palace Forum Shops for those of you going. Fantastic food.
