This year G2E in Las Vegas takes place from the 10th to the 13th of October 2022. And, for the second year, it is now possible to attend the show virtually.

Most affiliates will simply want either virtual or physical access to the G2E exhibit hall beginning on Tuesday, 11 October and running through Thursday, 13 October. This is the largest gaming related trade-show in North America, and everything new in the industry is on display. Access to GPWA and APCW members is free as long as you register in advance using the link below by the 16th of September (otherwise the early registration fee if you just visit the G2E website is $229). Beginning on September 17th the registration fee goes up to $299 and it will no longer possible to register for free GPWA and APCW member access. So, it pays to register early using the free registration link below if there is a possibility you may attend either in person or virtually.

To register for a FREE pass (good for either virtual or physical admission), use the following link by September 16 and fill in the required information for a new registration:

There is a separate education track that runs from Monday to Thursday. We will be attending and reporting to GPWA members on highlights of select sessions from an affiliate perspective. Educational sessions are priced for gaming industry executives at $799 for one day and $1,449 for access to sessions all four days.

And, if you do attend G2E, please stop by our stand and say hello. The GPWA will be exhibiting with Casino City Press in booth number 3909, and we'll be giving away copies of the current GPWA Times Magazine and our iGaming Pocket Directory.

Hello, is it possible to fly to the exhibition from another country?

There are definitely folks that fly in from other countries to attend G2E. You just need whatever travel documents are required to fly to the United States from your country.
