A few questions/suggestions....

The following clause is vaguely worded and could be considered predatory. Could you define exactly what constitutes "minimum activity"?

6.10 The Company reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on affiliate accounts. Such minimum activity levels will be continuously reviewed and the Company reserves the right to terminate any agreement not reaching the limit. Such limit shall not be unreasonably high and basically reflect the intention of avoiding accounts where the revenue does not cover our internal costs for maintaining the account and the payout procedure.

The above clause directly conflicts with this claim on your "How it Works" and your FAQ pages:

When a visitor to your site or subscriber of your newsletter becomes a referred customer, (by clicking on your affiliate click-thru referral link to the corresponding Betsafe.com site, fully registers and makes an initial deposit), you will earn revenue on the net winnings generated from the customer for a lifetime.

For how long time do I get paid for a player?

As an affiliate you will benefit from any players you refer to Betsafe for as long as they are playing. As your Affiliate ID is linked to their account, each time they play, we effectively track their losses to you. This is called lifetime income.

For the sake of clarity and transparency, you can't have it both ways. Either remove the "minimum activity" clause or remove the promise of lifetime revenue.

I see in your FAQ's that you have a "no negative carry over" policy. This should be displayed on your commissions page and in your terms and conditions.

I see that Betsafe has been in business since 2006 but is not AGD certified. Have you ever applied to Affiliate Guard Dog for certification?

If not, do you plan on submitting your program to AGD for certification? If yes, will you revise your terms as required to achieve certification?

Thanks so much for your feed back and you will definitely be happy to here that we have updated our terms and conditions and will be having them on the new microsite which will be launched 2 weeks after we get back from Prague.

I appreciate the the two clauses could be misleading and I assure you everything in much clear in our new terms and conditions.

We are also looking into applying for the AGD certificate and in so doing our terms and conditions will be in line with their requirements.

In the mean time however our new terms and conditions will be used which are must clearer.

I will let you all know as soon as these are uploaded - and the new site is launched.
