    Hi Josh,

Fundamentally this all now comes down to whether or not the reader wants to give you the benefit of the doubt.

    We have a situation where:

    - You have represented both brands at the same time, something that's a very odd business strategy for either brand if they're competing with each other.

    - The JoReels rep represented you as an Affiliate Manager where in actual fact you're the owner.

    - The JoReels rep stated that you were not in any way associated with the ownership of OceanBets/WolfAffiliates/GTG, then your name turns up as the current owner of the WolfAffiliate website.

Maybe you were just an AM who got ask to register digital property and 'forgot' to give it back when you left. Or maybe you were/are involved in the ownership of WolfAffiliates. At the end of the day, you've ended up associating your 'clean' brand with a very unsavoury group by representing both groups at once and are then further brought into the spotlight when your name turns up as the owner of digital property for the unsavoury group.

There's also more to consider when we take into account that the Game Tech Group, and specifically OceanBets, appear to be currently trying to get a foothold with a UK license - https://www.casinomeister.com/forums...tml#post847090. So now we have a highly questionable group that appear to be trying to get a UK license and a supposedly former employee who still holds their digital property with a white label license from the UKGC.

    As stated in the article:

Is it possible that an Affiliate Manager was allowed to be listed as the owner of the WolfAffiliate website and then everyone just forgot about it when he left? It’s not impossible

And that's right - it's not entirely impossible. For me though, in light of the evidence presented, I wouldn't be risking players on your explanation. This situation isn't one where I would suggest 'benefit of the doubt' is appropriate as the people most likely to be left short if things do go wrong are the players.

"Who will be so dumb to believe it"

Yes I am so dumb and believe it at this time, and I have good reasons for it.

For me, at this time, the so called "evidence" is too weak.
Perhaps one has forgotten, what it is about here.
    No?!
It's about serious accusation of collusion with the most evil program in this industry.
There must be more proof than signs.

In this industry programs often are working in a sloppy way.
I have seen under constructions like websites for months.
Programs still using seals, also the GPWA seal, even after the sponsorship ended.
Because so many things are sloppy here.
For a German and under the aspect of German thoroughness
    simply awful.

So a suspicious Whois entry is strange, weird, a trigger for rumors, but not enough for accusations about collusion with AffPower.
White labels are white labels only and allegedly "connections" to other programs are in many cases only a Fata Morgana, a bureaucratic license fallacy.

And it's very easy to say, that Josh is only an idiot and a liar, and all, who voice doubts, are also liars and only idiots, to be more specific: "dumb".
    This is also very weak.

Not everything that has "AffPower" on the cover is actually about AffPower, even if the idea is attractive.

To prove a connection to AffPower more evidence has to be provided.

    Hi RZ,

There seems to be a distinct double standard in your rational here - https://www.gpwa.org/forum/pirated-s...riends+thepogg

In the above thread you asserted with absolute finality that Posh Friends were guilty of running fake games (one of the factors that's resulted in AffPower's poor reputation) and based that assertion on content we posted plus an anonymous post on AskGamblers. The truth is that Posh Friends were never caught running fake games, they simply have ties to another affiliate program that have been (and these ties aren't conclusive), but when that was pointed out to you you refused to concede the point. Very weak evidence to make the claims you did.

Here we have a direct and independently documented tie between JoReels and the GTG based on multiple factors and you're arguing that the ""evidence" is too weak"? Given how you've so dramatically taken a bat to other brands based on far less in the past, it seems to me that you're allowing your own personal bias to cast you in the role of contrarian rather than maintaining a consistent and fair approach to ALL operators.

If you really believe, your weak evidence will be stronger, when you take a case as "argument", that has nothing to do with this case, a case, where I was wrong once with 4 other cases in over 350 cases in over 30 years investigation, an "argument" to discredit the writer of the only anti-mainstream-post here - from me -, then this is a really wak.

You should look around before writing, what happened. In the meantime Katja received the best ratings from me. This is something you can learn from me for your missteps, you - on the contrary to me - did not repaired later.

Yes, and there is real evidence for this claim and not only signs: https://www.gpwa.org/forum/katja-sho...or-231200.html

To be clear: Your only goal was, after more than 4 months silence, writing a single post with a backlink to your website on GPWA to get some readers to your portal. Nothing else. Everyone, who looks into your post history for the last months, can see that.

I did not wrote that to be polite despite your rants and personal attacks in the past, but now, after you restart your pattern, what I expected seconds after writing my post, which sometimes is the price one has to pay to defend people, there is no reason to hide that.

I wrote from the beginning, that this thing is very confusing, and I am simply still not confident at this time, that Josh is a liar and as a result, a criminal.
    Obviously, you are.

Perhaps one has forgotten, that we are speaking in the meantime here about an individual and not only about a company at all. It is now a personal accusation against a person, that can very quick change into a witch hunt like in the Robin Becker case, where she was proven innocent, and I also was the only defender of her.

ThePogg, if you are confident, then say it into the camera, here in this thread: "There is a collusion between Josh and Affpower, and Josh is a liar".

Either there is a collusion and Josh is a liar and criminal or he's not. There is no third option. You have now to decide, what option for you is valid.

Say it or continue with your "alternative arguments".

If you accept that you were wrong in the previous issue I absolutely take my hat off to you. It's a hard thing to admit when you've made a mistake. I was simply pointing out the disparity in the positions you've taken across two separate issues and up till now I've never seen you concede that point (though it is fair to acknowledge I don't spend much time here these days, suggesting that I should be aware of every post you make is just ridiculous).

If I wanted links to my website I could post here any time, but I've stopped posting here almost entirely because I find interacting with you unpleasant. As a point of note, I've actually disabled all signature links in every post so far in this thread specifically because links were not my objective here (feel free to go back and look or even ask the mods - I wonder if I'll receive an apology for that unwarranted sleight?). Given that the start of the investigation was the GPWA thread, I felt that the users involved in this conversation would have some interest in what was found. And I think that's been played out in the responses received other than your own.

I think my opinion's pretty clear and far from being black or white as you seem to be demanding it's a shade of grey. Josh's explanation is weak and isn't strong enough that I feel you should discount the fact that he is the owner of the WolfAffiliate website and has represented both brands at the same time. He's either been very sloppy and both he and WolfAffiliates made several mistakes and illogical business decisions in a row (in which case the mess is his own fault) or he's lying. For me the more likely explanation is that he's lying, but I don't discount the possibility that he's simply screwed up. However, I'm not going to advocate that people should choose to work with him and send players to his operation just because he may be telling the truth. That would put both players and affiliates at risk on a guess which in my opinion would be the less likely of the possibilities. There are plenty of good operations, including on the Gaming Innovation Group platform, that cater to the same markets and don't have this type of issue hanging over them.

Every reader has the right to make up their own mind about whether the evidence presented here is enough that they would walk away from working with this operator and that includes you. I respect your right to make up your own mind and state it. But by that same token every affiliate here has a right to as much information as can be made available to base their decision on.
