Default Kindred Affiliates - Account suspended, a written promise to me has been broken

Kindred affiliates have broken a written promise to me and suspended my account even though they agreed in writing that dormancy clauses will not apply to my account.
I was making a few thousand Euros each month with them. If any of you knows a lawyer or anyone who can legally confront them, I will be more than happy to share future profits.

I have clear cut evidence, black and white promise:
"Given your main concern is related to the inactivity clauses introduced to our T&Cs on 21st March 2018, I’m happy to provide you with the commitment that given our past and expected future relationship, these clauses, specifically Terms 6.6.3 and 13.2.5 will not apply to your accounts with us with the IDs: 6007334 and 81762799."

I can only recommend that you learn from my experience and never send traffic to people who can’t even keep their own word.
These are professional thieves and I can only hope they use the funds stolen from me wisely.

Ryan Henderson is personally responsible for stealing from so many affiliates, I am honestly surprised that this guy still has a job dealing with affiliates and that someone is willing to send his brands traffic.

You are right there. Ryan Henderson tries to keep a low profile and keep his name under the radar - but he is the one breaking all the promises and ripping off affiliates at Kindred. He has been behind all the problems with their affiliate program for many years from before it was Kindred and just known as Unibet. A total crook. I guess he keeps his job because that is what Unibet / Kindred employ him to do - lead affiliates down the garden path and then steal from them.

I can only hope other affiliates do their homework before pushing their brands.
And Ryan will learn one day the laws of karma I have no doubt in mind about that, so all good.

Is Ryan the sole decision maker when it comes to affiliates or just the visible target? Is it worth letting those further up the Kindred food chain of these activities? I've just started this with Betfair (although hindered slightly by covid) .. I doubt it'll get me anywhere but maybe something will land that may get someone asking questions inside these organisations?

Going over Ryan Henderson's head would be well worthwhile. But he has been running the affiliate department for something like seven years. I wouldn't quite describe him as visible. I would view him as trying to lurk very much in the shadows, but directing all unethical activities. That's why it is important to call him out personally. Definitely worth drawing attention to how potentially rogue their affiliate department is. Ultimately the only thing the CEO, board and shareholders of any company cares about is money. If they view Ryan Henderson's, in my view, criminal behaviour as making them money then I am sure nobody there cares. If they deem that the mugging and stealing from affiliates is now crossing over to a point where it is damaging the good brand name (ha, ha) or perhaps causing unacceptable levels of public criticism then someone may call him to account and tell him to behave ethically. Personally, I don't think anyone in Kindred / Unibet gives a flying feck about affiliates or the pathetic whinging from us when we are the victims of daylight robbery. Nobody ever has in any of these firms. It's like contracts and the law doesn't apply to affiliates - and scumbags like Ryan Henderson know this. All we have is our keyboard and unfortunately the pen is not mightier than the sword right now.

    True.
The industry has changed a lot since I first started in 2011, it was almost unheard of back then to break a written agreement.
The wise thing to do is just warn other affiliates and move on with life.

As Head of Affiliates you; lead your department with vision and clear ethics, back "your" affiliates up, treat them as professional business partners, stand for them and protect their rights!

    OR

You are just another greedy, spineless clown that bends deep for a paycheck...

Kindred aka Unibet Partners = 100% scammers and liers.

    Highly NOT Recommended!

I remember years ago, reading all sorts of incriminating things about this program on here and AGD.

Promises mean absolutely nothing if they're never followed up. These "promises" are just another stalling tactic to NOT pay affiliates.

KIndred = Unibet lie for years and do not give a **** about their affiliates. I remember back in the days , I have played as a played in Unibet and they were disaster.

From affiliate point of view, never had any good experience with them....

Sorry to hear all this, especially as you have a written agreement! Thats crooked.

Ultimately these huge companies dont care about being honest or upholding any agreements i believe.

Ive just had an old Leovegas account not pay out old rev share (few hundred every month cancelled) because of a dormancy clause I didn't even know existed. Of course, the account manger is useless and doesn't answer my emails to try to even sort it out going forward. It wasn't in writing like this case but my point is it seems to be acceptable for the big brands to behave like this ..leaving us affiliates pretty powerless and shfted for our hard work.

I hope you find a resolution.
