About LinkBacksAnyone else had an email from Kindred overnight about their account being suspended due to inactivity. Just about to write to them as our account is far from inactive and it's clearly an error, just wondered if it was just us or more of you guys too?

Yep same mate, got 2 emails as I have a Unibet account and also a Stan James account. One is dormant and one is far from dormant, but yeh looks like some sort of error.

Yep, always a bit alarming to receive emails with 'Suspension of your affiliate account' as the title. Creates unecessary distress for all their affiliates, proper balls up.

Received the same e-mail and naturally got ticked off and couldn’t wait to try to reach someone about it. Fortunately a short time after we received the retraction and apology. Good lesson I guess to take a deep breath when I know something is wrong before reacting. Mistakes happen and Kindred responded very quickly.
