    Default Ladbrokes Closed Affiliate Account?

Has anybody had their Ladbrokes affiliate account deactivated without notice recently? I can't seem to log in to my account anymore and the password reminder, which I have used lots before is no longer sending emails to me. The error message when I enter my password mentions wrong password or inactive account which I have never seen before.

I haven't been informed that my account would be/has been deactivated and if it has been as I suspect I will be very annoyed. I hadn't had much traction with Ladbrokes in all honesty but have sent them players in the past and received a payment. I would expect to be notified particularly as I was still promoting them in the form of banners and reviews etc. I could have used this space to promote other programs.

Perhaps there is another explanation here but with no responses to the various emails/contact I have attempted to make so far, I thought I'd see whether anyone else has experienced this?

The recent Stan James and Bet Victor unethical reports were concerning and now this (if closed as suspected) will have left me very disillusioned about the sports betting affiliate industry. I think someone said recently that it's getting to the point where only Bet365 are worth promoting and this is becoming increasingly truer every day.

There are of course certain affiliates that are being treated very well by some of these very programs but for any new affiliates is all the effort worth this kind of risk? I am so glad that I am now starting to monetise my own services and am becoming increasingly less reliant on affiliate income and I'd strongly advise others to do the same.

    Hi Brian,

regarding login you can try to clear cache (sometimes happens) but is it inactive you must contact a manager.

So, if you need a contact i can call Doron Majngarten (doron.majngarten@ladbrokes.co.uk)

Maybe he will answer or can help you with.

My guess is that they are having problems with the site. Server seems slow or something. I couldn't log in the other day and I cant today either. It isnt acting like the account is disabled, just like the site is too slow to load.

Yes - very slow (inoperable) here too.

Everyone goes to AAC - and everything immediately breaks down.
No-one is left behind to mind the systems (or pedal the bike powering them?)

I think we have established they almost certainly haven't closed your account, but unfortunately I completely agree with the point above.

It's been like that for a week or two and getting progressively worse. At first you could log in but any attempt at pulling stats timed out but now it seems to take forever to even log in...

Thanks for the input all. They have got back to me and reset my password manually. I no longer see the inactive account message but I'm experiencing the hanging like you are describing.

So I'm still not convinced that they didn't deactivate my account originally but hopefully I'll be able to confirm one way or the other in the next few days.
