    Default Ladbrokes - Maximum Payouts

You may need to refer to Ladbrokes to answer this query. Any info would be appreciated.

Some online casinos have weekly or monthly withdrawal limits on their non-progressive games. I personally don't approve of these limits, which are often pathetically small, and I've today had to reduce my rating of Zodiac Casino for introducing such a withdrawal limit (just £4k a week).

Ladbrokes Casino are currently enjoying my site's maximum five-star rating but that will only remain if an unacceptably low withdrawal limit isn't in place. I've visited Ladbrokes site at casino.ladbrokes.com and clicked 'terms and conditions' at the bottom of the place in an effort to establish any limits in place.

I came across this under 'Maximum Payouts':

"All other non sports events, unless exceptions apply: £10,000" as what appears to be a daily withdrawal limit.

Could we get confirmation that the above £10k daily limit applies to all non-progressive wins at Ladbrokes Casino? It would certainly be considerably better than Zodiac's own limit but I'd still have to refer to it in my own detailed reviews.

    Many thanks!

I spoke to Ladbrokes with the exact same question about 3 years ago and they said that players who hadn't been verified were subjected to a £3k cashout limit whereupon they would need to be verified. Online payments (ewallets) were restricted to £2,500.

However once a player had been verified, these max cashouts did not apply although for big cashouts they preferred to arange things with the player over the phone. The inference being big cashouts are fine as long as they know you and what you want.

That was some time ago mind you but may still be relevant.

As a sidenote, I tested this out. I deposited a few £k over a period of a few months, and when my cashouts reached £3k, sure enough my account was locked and I was asked for docs. However I didn't reply to the email and I haven't heard a thing from them since! That was about 3 years ago LOL. So not quite sure how good their retention is

    Cheers,

    Simmo!

    Thanks, Simmo!

Re. "The inference being big cashouts are fine as long as they know you and what you want." - that sounds fair and not something I'd have a problem with.

I've been involved with the cashier system quit a bit in the last 2 years. Veryifying players accounts is imperative to staying in business. New brands are usually subject to disproportional fraudulent deposits. We've found that 1 ID and a utility bill isn't enough. Many identity thieves have those images already. We've had to ask for more than that. It's amazing that simple extra items that are easy for the player to provide and are usually impossible for the identity theft to provide.

So, that being said. We usually exchange about three emails requesting the verification documents. The last email let's them know the withdrawal request has been nuled and the funds are in the players account. If a player doesn't respond by the 4th email then they can't provide the documentation.

So Simmo, They might have thought you couldn't provide the documentation. I do think a few more emails or a phone call from them would have been a good retention effort.

Do you still have 3k with them, three years later?

No...the odd thing was they processed the last cashout then I found I was locked out the next time I went to play. The sensible thing (for them) would to have been to request docs prior to the last cashout.
