I'm told that if the account is currently in negative then all the numbers on the player (account) report will also be zero until such point as the account is positive, which goes some way to explaining why some of us are seeing some numbers and others not.

Yes I see +5 GBP, saw +40. Exactly this is my concern.

They have some difficulty with the transition. They said, not big, but they work on it. Hopefully it will get better.
I came with the topic of closing accounts. What they told me is the classic (regulation, better communication etc..., well no help to those who were victims), however they said for now the situation is stable a now they do not plan to do it anymore... so I think for 1 or 2 years the active accounts will be ok.

Still it is all just a (banned word).

I received another e-mail from them today, asking for us to do some work together. Not bloody likely after closing an actively earning account a year ago and stealing a crapload of money from me. Yeah, I'm gonna push Ladbrokes now.

Advice and ego suppressing exercise? Ask them to reopen the account. They might do it, but the stolen money will not return. They might yet pay you for the players you gave them before from now on. Is it crazy? Yes. But you might get at least something. In the Uk in sports is nobody anyways.

Yes it is cynical, but you have an unique perception of the world granted. Like a ***** girl who decided to marry the violent guy. Then just give them the necessary minimum.

I believe the data is still not ok. November: almost no signups, revenue at 10% of what used to be each month until October. December 0 signups/0new depositors, income is at 20% of what it has to be.

I nearly posted the same thing myself, having looked at the stats today for this month and last. If you look at the 'quick summary report' / 'detailed' then see the value of the 'sportsbook wagers' and 'casino wagers'. For me, these are tiny. These stats are all wrong. Personally, I believe they have deliberately shafted everyone and stolen maybe 95%+ of the turnover. There is no point promoting them now. I have promoted them for years and now my stats are looking like I only joined a few months ago. It doesn't help that I have an idiot for an AM. Ladbrokes have shafted their affiliates totally, that is my opinion and I am not promoting them anymore. What a waste of 15 years or so of referrals.

One thing about your lack of sign-ups. My moron AM sent me an affiliate link when they migrated that wasn't even in the new system. Have you checked the link ID is actually in the system? Mine wasn't, so I just took one from the system and I have, since then, had sign-ups (unfortunately).

No, I did not check. But I see clicks, so I think at least the link is ok.

I wrote them email if they do not fix it now I am taking them down. I still have a hope, because they admitted "small problems with transition", and nothing happened after. They would say how they are great to fix the problem after 2 months I am almost sure.

But based on experience with other affiliates, and IA affiliates, even if they fix the problem, we will not get credit for the players that we bring them for now.

They shafted all their USA affiliates a few years back, and they'll continue to shaft affiliates, when the opportunity presents itself

You are more optimistic than me. My AM skypes me now and then, tells me I am always moaning - which I am about them stealing my gala bingo account, having shite stats and turnovers disappearing. Then he says whatever he thinks I want to hear. Persuades me to give more coverage to their rip-off brands and then never does anything he says he will. It is a cycle. He gets paid bonuses on sign-ups so he doesn't care someone else is rigging the stats, so long as we keep promoting like total suckers. It's a **** take. They have just told you what they think you want to hear to keep you on the hook - they wont fix anything. They see affiliates as stupid scum to be stolen from, especially those with a client base to protect.

Well if it is the case I will do what I wrote them. Put them down. If they then steal the small money left, they will be gone. No big deal. They do not respond anyways.

I think something terribly broke at Ladbrokes/Coral. I stopped sending players to LB, at Coral reduced and I suddenly see a record high revenue for February. Twice as much as it used to be before they started to send me nearly nothing.

Oh yes, something broke a while ago - their honesty. I stopped sending Ladbrokes a few months ago. It wasn't easy to do as I was promoting them since the very start but there comes a point when you know they have stolen it all and wont be giving it back.
