Thanks guys, think I've sorted it (fingers crossed). I still have my concerns though about the links though...
And yeah I've been a bit slow updating the laddies offers on my network, cheers for pointing that out.

Ladbrokes (and all Mexos system URLs) have a double equals == character string in their URLs when you use profiles. These are unsafe characters to use in URLs. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6...r-friendly-url
If you're using anything like htaccess or some sort of URL rewrite tool then you'll soon find that having equals characters in URLs in places where they're not expected really plays havoc with linking. Normally an equals sign in a URL signifies the start of a parameter value so you can see why you probably wouldn't use them elswhere in the URL. I've told a number of Mexos based companies about this issue, but every time they've ignored it (the usual - affiliate team has zero technical expertise and doesn't want to understand it either).
If you're linking on a profile then this may be your issue. Different browsers may treat your affiliate URLs differently too.

Ladbrokes finally paid up today (going back to NOVEMBER revenue). Unfortunately, they paid me less than the due amount, despite my affiliate manager confirming a higher amount just a few days ago. I'm hardly shocked.
You may recall I was owed payments for NOVEMBER, which eventually arrived in January. Despite my rep Saar confirming the correct amount, he then proceeded to underpay me.
Guess what he's told me AGAIN? "I will manually add the missing amount in the next payment circle."
Thanks, Ladbrokes, for expecting me to suffer your mistakes. I couldn't care less about your payment 'circle'.

I did get paid this month. I know Saar is trying his best and it's perhaps not right to criticise someone so directly on GPWA - he's a good bloke and trying to do his job and perhaps lacks the empowerment to get things done like expedite payments.
However, as a company and affiliate system I cannot work with Ladbrokes that closely following their move to Mexos. Just hoping they'll get it right soon so that we can start promoting them - it's a shame to see such a big brand that you can't bring yourself to advertise strongly.
Nah, I stand by it. Saar has let me down on numerous occasions. Some things are out of his hands, I agree, but he has been directly responsible for lots of mistakes and broken promises. I won't work with him again, and the same would apply if he moved to another program.

Glad I read this thread as I'd been planning on giving Ladbrokes a shot, but seeing as they seem to have a lot of problems I will hold off for now.

I removed my rep's surname from my earlier post, I recognise it is a little too much data.
Hi Webanalysissolutions,
We would like to inform you and the rest of our affiliates that we are frequently upgrading our affiliate software and are currently working on a more robust solution.
In the meantime, if you ever need any additional assistance with creative material, our affiliate software or anything at all, please do not hesitate to contact your affiliate account manager, or you can contact me directly here.
Sincerely,
The LadbrokesPartners Team
I had a word with them at LAC. I wanted to ask why they moved from a well rated platform to the new one nobody seems to like. I was told noone was available of sufficient longevity with the company to be able to answer, and when I pressed it a bit I was told it was basically an "unproductive" converstation to want to have. Since when did the reps choose which questions to answer? When I complained politely that companys always put out front the reps who can't really field the tough questions, I was told I wasn't being "bullshitted"!
So I wasn't exactly bowled over with Ladbrokes this time round, to put it very mildly indeed. I was always happy with my chats with Matt from Income Access. They really haven't covered themselves with glory with these changes.
horrible
If you talk to God, you are praying; If God talks to you, you have schizophrenia.
You know the real reason though. Ladbrokes board did a deal with Playtech (like the one Playtech used to have with William Hill) for the marketing to move under Playtech's wing. Mexos is Playtech's piece of crap. Yes, it would make more sense to keep it on the vastly superior (to say the least) IA, but when there are vested interests and an ignorant CEO at Ladbrokes (under severe pressure in the press) this sort of fiasco happens.
