Post Leovegas affiliates suspend affiliate account (RESOLVED)

    Hi,

I have a conflict with Leovegas about my affiliate account, they suspended it and never send me an e-mail with the reason and now even don't give it.

In 06-2015 and 07-2015 I send a lot new FTD's to Leovegas and they pay me the first two months the revshare without any hassle.
After that months I never checked again my affiliate account because I was thinking it will be negative, this month I was checking all my programms and when I try to login at Leovegas affiliates it says: 'Account suspended'.

I'm really sure that I have a few K in unpaid revshare commision on my account since 07-2015 until now, when I ask the affiliate departement they tell me that it's closed because of fraud, and I will not get my money for sure, but they can't give a proof of this.
I'm a big affiliate and proberly sometimes I have some trouble with a programm like everyone, but with Leovegas I didn't do fraud for sure! Even it's a REVSHARE deal so how I can do fraud? It's a win win for both of us..

Leovegas, pay me my money or I will have to get legal advice on Malta and complaint at official autorithy's at Malta.

I give the advise to every (big)affiliate to stop sending players to them and don't work with them until they resolved this issue with me.

    Regards,

    Julian

    Hi there,

Here is an update in the Leovegas.com case.

On 04-10-2017 I had a Skype conversation with Wendy Debattista, she is Head of the Affiliates at Leovegas.
She told me that she will ask the 'fraud' team to sort-out why is my account suspended, then on 05-10-2017 she told me that my account was closed regarding a 'spam' complaint, and that I 'definitely not' will see my money.

Also she told me that I have to remove this post because I'm breaking the terms and conditions of their affiliate program, a bit weird when because you own me money and I just try to get my money..

Then in the afternoon of 05-10-2017 she told me that the 'finance team' (a bit weird) will give me the evidence of the spamming, I have asked her every day since 05-10-2017 for this evidence and never received it.

I sent a double opt-in SMS campaign that Leovegas was aware I was doing with a opt-out option, so all by law, and when they received 1 complaint from a 20k SMS campaign shows how good my campaign is. You can not send that many emails or SMS without someone "forgetting" they opted in. The fact LeoVegas won't even give me the information so I can show it was not spam and then to tell me not to share this with others is troubling.

I am surprised Leovegas affiliates is closing an affiliate account that is delivering them good players.

Wendy Debattista and Gloria Cereda are since yesterday not responding to me anymore and try to shutdown all topic's posted by me instead of paying me or give the evidence to me.

Affiliate community, please decide about this and give advice.

    Regards,
    Julian

Personally I never had issues with leovegas and I hope other casinos don't fall in this trap. I just googled this guy name and company and read he is scam, you can all search for this in the forum or on google "beware-wheap-marketing-julian-geert-hofstra"

    Hi,

I tried to remove the topic and posts but I can't, can you remove it GPWA?
I want to comply with Leovegas request to remove all my posts, so I can get paid.

Athony, they didn't pay me the funds and don't reply to me anymore.

2 days ago they send an email, 'Once you have confirmed such removal, we will transfer the fees immediately.'

2 days later they still didn't pay me anything and don't respond anymore, I did everything I can but now they don't pay..
Leovegas, act professional, pay me so we can solve this issue and mark this topic as solved.

Although posting just one sentence out of a mail received from LeoVegas isn't really convincing, let's just assume LeoVegas did indeed ask to remove a (this) thread before they would to pay what is "legally" owned?! That sounds like blackmail to me...

Sorry but that does sound hard to believe coming from a platinum sponsor.

Affy, here is the full e-mail:

    Hi Julian,

    Thank you for your email.

LeoVegas has discussed this case internally and decided to settle any outstanding affiliate fees due to you, which according to our records add up to €xxx

We have also decided to terminate your account with immediate effect, which means that no further fees will be paid to you.

This is being done without prejudice and does not imply any admission of liability from our end.

Additionally, we can only provide you with the fees once you have removed all online posts and mentions of this case and our staff on public forums, which as previously stated, constitutes a breach of your confidentiality obligations agreed to in our terms and conditions.

Once you have confirmed such removal, we will transfer the fees immediately.

We look forward to hearing back from you and resolving this case.

    Regards,

    LeoVegas Legal Team

Thanks for the post, well that changes the whole case IMHO.

since LeoVegas themselves already stated in their initial post here; "Our findings show that your account was shut down due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions." the so called "breach of confidentially" goes for them too.

    IMHO blackmail is never justified.

Either they show you proof (consequence could be, you exposed as a doing wrong here) or they leave your account open, pay without delay and this thread can be marked solved*.

*That I leave up to the Escrow accountant dealing with "GPWA sponsor accusations without providing proof".

So did LeoVegas proof you were in breach of their Terms & conditions or did they acknowledge a mistake from their end and your account is now unblocked, you received payment in full and you proceed as partners?!

If you ask the affiliate-community here not to promote them for "XYZ" reasons it is only fair if you explain to all how this case is resolved.

    Cheers

    Hi Affy,

They pay me the comissions they owned me and told me if I keep posting about this case they will take legal steps in Malta because of a bad reputation.
So I got my money, for me the case is closed.

    Have a nice weekend,

    Regards,

    Julian
