LeoVegas & Royal Panda -Market updateDear Partners,
We would like to bring to your attention the following update with regards to the Japanese and Indian markets.
Both brands, LeoVegas and Royal Panda, operating in Japan and India by LeoVegas Gaming plc and Royal Panda Limited respectively will be exiting both markets as of 1st September.
In light of the above updates, please consider this communication as a formal notice of termination of our Agreement with you in these markets, thereby effectively terminating on 31 August 2022. We would like to thank you for conducting business with us.

The Leo Vegas acquisition by MGM has been approved, most likely it's related to that. Totally expected

I agree on that, it's common that as part of a deal terms, the company need to get rid of high risk elements, sometimes it's related to regulations, in other cases it can be related to non-profitable markets, and so on. Originally Posted by BonusFinder
