Are Lincoln Casino rogues or just spammers?

I have never played there, and I have not done a lot of research on their affiliate program at slotsvendor.eu

The only things I know about them is that I get spam for their property almost daily.

I have forwarded the spams to them numerous times, but it never seems to stop affiliates spamming for them.

I have tried to contact the casino directly, but in their infinite wisdom the casino thinks it's ok to publish an email address for player support that bounces. support@lincolncasino.eu

The fact that the support email for players bounces is certainly not a good sign, and the fact that after NUMEROUS complaints the same affiliate keeps spamming, it warrants a clear warning.

The very same affiliate that spammed me on 8-10, 8-11, 8-13 also sent me Lincoln Casino spam again today 8-15-13.

I have docummented the spams on 8-10 and 8-11 were forwarded to affiliate support on 8-11. The spam recieved on 8-13 was forwarded to affiliate support on 8-14, and todays Lincoln Casino spam will be forwarded immediately upon the completion of this posting.

By the way, in each and every single case, I followed the unsubscribe link provided in the spam email, even though I never gave them permission to add my email address to their spam list anyway, so I consider anyone that adds emails to a list without permission a spammer nonetheless.

quick tip, never use the unsubscribe button from spammers, it just gives them confirmation that the email address is real and edited by a human, so the spam more.

as the the casino, I couldn't see any licence info on their site so questioned their live support - This chat I have just had on there says everything you need to know about the company

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Steven'
Steven: Welcome to Lincoln Casino Support, how may I assist you today?
you: what country is your licence held and what is the number
    you: ?????????
you: hello, are you there 'steven'
Steven: The Company is registered under the laws of the Netherland Antilles. Our number is Toll-Free: 1-888-234-7217.
    Steven: Yes I am here.
you: no, what is the licence registration number? and why is there no licence info on the site?
Steven: Our license number is for company use only.
you: I would like proof you have a licence before I use your service
you: there is nothing on the site, that doesnt look good
Steven: I can assure you that we are a licensed company and registered in the Netherland Antilles.
you: can you prove they have granted you a gambling licence?
Steven: We do understand your concerns but the decision not to post the information on the site was a management decision.
you: that means you dont have one doesnt it. Also why you are here, another question
you: A member on GPWA has complained your affiliates are sending him spam and when he complains ALL emails are ignored and the spammer continues. can you explain?
Steven: We have no control over emails which are sent out by our affiliates, we can only control promotion sent out directly by the casino.
you: So you allow your affiliates to spam and ignore the problem then?
Steven: This person would be required to contact the source of the email to have them removed from their mailing list.
you: Are you joking? spammers will not remove email addresses, it is down to your casino and affiliate company to stop this
Steven: Unfortunately we have not control over how an affiliate chooses to promote from their website.
you: yes you do, you tell the affiliate to stop or you close their account
    you: not ignore the issue
Steven: There is nothing that we will be able to do about this issue.
Steven: Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?

Do not most licensing jurisdictions REQUIRE the license to be displayed, or at least provided immediately upon request?

And by the way, I know the risks associated with using the unsubscribe link in emails.

I kinda thought so....let us know....

    License Seal

Services operating under our eGaming licensing are required to display our official Licensing seals. The official seals provide assurance the service is actively operating in compliance.
....methinks you are having fun in chat.....

2nd chat. I have emailed Curacao eGaming to see if they really do have a licence

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Mario'
Mario: Welcome to Lincoln Casino Support, how may I assist you today?
Mario: Please provide me with your full name, date of birth and your registered email address.
you: Hi. Can I ask about your gaming licence please?
you: I can not see anything about it on the site
Mario: Please provide me with your full name, date of birth and your registered email address.
you: please provide me with your gaming licence details before I create an account
Mario: The Company is registered under the laws of the Netherland Antilles.
you: I have taken this from their licence agreement
you: License Seal Services operating under our eGaming licensing are required to display our official Licensing seals. The official seals provide assurance the service is actively operating in compliance.
you: you are not complying with this, why not?
Mario: You may locate the fair gaming seal as displayed on our home page
    Mario: http://www.lincolncasino.eu/cfg
you: that is not the same thing is it?
you: I mean your gaming licence, not some fair play seal
Mario: Unfortunately the information as provided above is all I will be able to provide as I am not able to provide you with such details
Mario: The Company is registered under the laws of the Netherland Antilles.
you: you are aware you are not complying with your gaming licence by not displaying or giving me details don't you?
Mario: Unfortunately this is all the information I am able to provide in regards to the license
you: you dont have one do you
Mario: The Casino would not be able to operate an online service without a license
you: so why are the details not displayed like they are supposed to be?

You're a bit hostile there. If they weren't legit, they certainly entertained your cross-examination for a long time.

They are supposed to show there certificate and give the customer details, which they er, didn't.

read the first conversation and you'll see why I am "hostile" ( which I ain't)

having a company licenced and registered in the Netherland Antilles is not the same as saying you have a gaming licence from there, especially as they are supposed to show the licencing seal. I'd say that is pretty suss.

trust is one of the major things for casino players and one of the major ways of checking they are trustworthy is making sure they are licenced, why would a casino want to hide that?
