Says if Internet gaming is allowed, tribes must be allowed to compete on a equal playing field, and the bill as written must be improved. Tribes must be explicitly allowed to operate online gaming operations for people on and off the reservation. Online casinos need to be exempt from the IGRA compact provisions to give the tribes equal footing from a competitive standpoint.
