    Default Livepartners only pays 12 months for players

    Hi,

    For those who aren't aware just a heads up:

    "9.6 Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, any Commission containing a revenue share component shall only be payable to You for a maximum period of 12 months from the date on which the Player registers. "

    Full T&C's can be found HERE

    When did that come in? 12 months what a joke.

    Be interested to know when that came in. We had a fair negative with them that took forever to earn out of and it didn't make sense based on our usual account values and activity. It would make perfect sense if they were cutting off revenue after 12 months - although of course they didn't cancel the negative revenue earned over 12 months ago.

    So basically they:

    - can pay only 12 months revenue
    - have Negative Carry Over
    - and deduct fees

    The Revenue Share payable shall be calculated as follows: ((Y - B + P - C - T - D)*R)
    Y = (Bets – Wins)
    B = All bonus costs for the applicable month
    P = (Poker Rake + Tournament Fees)
    C = Chargebacks
    T = Any taxes or duties
    D = Other Deductions:
    (i) any third party fees (including software licensing fees, payment processing fees, any end-user verification and validation fees, software royalties and any game content fees).
    (ii) any marketing cost.
    (iii) any administration cost.
    (iv) any other transaction costs, (including bank charges and recovered charge backs) for the applicable month.
    (v) any value added taxes or similar mandatory payments imposed by any authority having jurisdiction over the company.
    R = Revenue Share percentage for the applicable month.

    IMHO, this must be by far the worst affiliate terms I have ever seen....

    Yeah same here... never will able to recover from that NCO on my account...

    Can you imagine after all the cost deducted and only paying affiliates (the agreed) rev. share for 12 months they still apply NCO on top of that...

    The fact they make you renew your deal every few months means if you do end up with a negative they don't renew the deal and you have to earn out of it at 20% (that's 20% minus all the fees and capped at 12 months).

    Does anyone actually make any money with these jokers? If you are you are probably seeing about 5% of the real revenue.

    I make decent money with them, but that will be cut off with this kind of terms.

    I see it is 10% for between 0-5 for first time depositers. Can it get worse once all those costs come off they must rival VS

    VS screws you more than 12 months, LP just 12 months. Finally VS is beaten as the program with the worst terms.

    I've never really promoted these heavy, however I had a somewhat bigish player not to long ago. Live partners then closed my account stating that I had not been active as an affiliate. Just more scruffy little urchins of the business.

    Interesting to see how they were able to change the T&C's silently overnight.... usually it takes weeks, and intervention from the legal team, to change T&C's....

    Also very interesting to search in archive.org... which shows live partners changes their "revenue share timespan" at their own will... NOT in favor of affiliates...

    Make of it what you want but this is dodgy to say the least...

    You can try to open a new account. For us it was no problem to open a new account for the same website after a big nco.

    Who would want to send this program more traffic? Absolutely Not. After reading the above T&C's and only learning here from affy, that they just changed their T&Cs quietly overnight, there's no way I would even consider them and I definitely wouldn't bother registering another account with them to solve the problem of a negative carryover. The nerve they've got doing this. They obviously don't care about their affiliates.

    Wow, it seems that Livepartners is really the worst affiliate program... Everyone who sends traffic to them must be crazy
