I can confirm what Renee said - you can get your badge and wristband at 'pre-reg' but you can also get it all day Friday & Saturday too (although you might have to queue for a while on the Friday as it gets mega busy)

Damn it! This is no longer my job, someone else should be answering this.

Thanks Marit! Also to add we are looking at extending the pre reg time so I will let you know what it ends up being as soon as I get back to the office next week

This is gonna be my first conference and not sure what to expect. Sorry for these, quite probably very stupid questions but...

1) Is there a dress code at any of the events or parties?
2) Are there free drinks at the parties?!
3) Could ask this in the business forum but is pretty much everything spent at the forum offsetable as a genuine business expense?

1) not at all except for the awards maybe
2) yes, but sometimes restricted to beer etc, and sometimes only until a certain time/limit
3) yes, depending on the rules in your country

Elgoog pretty much got it spot on... If there is a dress code at a party we will say and that is usually only if it will open to the public after or if they are annoying people which we try to avoid..... There maybe a dress code for the sat but not super strict, basically says clothes that won't offend people will confirm once venue is locked in....

At the even feel free to wear what ever you like but we don't allow topless models so please don't come topless unless you cover your nipples

Just confirmed pre reg will be 1pm - 6pm but if we can we will open it at 12 but that depends on staffing

If I had known I might have come earlier. I suppose there is still time. I'll be in Cardiff until the 7th. Will keep you posted if I rock up early.
