Looking for a bit of advice.

I own a fair amount of premium uk poker and gambling related domain names: (hope I'm allowed to post them, no worries if a mod edits them out): mobilepoker.co.uk, texasholdem.co.uk, omaha.co.uk, and also therefore the first option to acquire the new .uk equivalents of these names (mobilepoker.uk etc.) . I own half a dozen other good poker/gambling names too.

Due to not having enough time to develop them myself, I currently have a broker on the case to sell the names.

However, I'm wondering if there's greater potential in developing the names into portals? I think a mobile poker portal could work very well, with this area exploding in popularity with many sites now launching browser-based, rather than app based, solutions.

So, that's it really. Would it be a better idea to work with an established affiliate in developing these names? Or is the affiliate market so saturated now that it would be better to sell?
