Just to be sure: you know about the special registration and legal requirements of .de domains?
Wouldn't setup on .de domains personally.

I try to cover some ...
#1 Admin C - you need to have a real person/company with a real address in Germany to register .de domains. Ofc you can book a trustee service but be aware he will cancel the service agreement if you facing trouble.
    #2 No whois privacy options
#3 "Impressum" - by law you have to state any detail about website and website owner https://www.rockit-internet.de/en/what-is-an-impressum/
#4 ... that leads to the probability that you will receive costly warning letter sooner or later. Its a kind of sports and they are companies who are specialized to find faults in your Impress, on your website (marketing guidelines, etc). You have to fix them and you have to pay the bill.
#5 The gambling laws in Germany are super grey and unclear. Generally, I wouldn`t take the risk to host a gambling project on a country-specific domain like .de, .ch, .at. For DENIC it's quite easy to seize a .de domain.

eenzoo - why dont you chill and let this guy buy whatever extension he likes. .DE ain't any special if youre not a total dummy. or if you'd like to give people info on .de regs etc. you could just open a new thread and explain things in details. by the way aren't you working for MMIG whom are completely locos about DE/AT/CH traffic and players?

lol ... no, I donīt work for everyone (but me) for 15 yrs.
And excuse me if I bore you, but casinoFM asked for some details, wouldn't make sense to open a new thread to answer a question ... just IMO.
I'm sure you're that smart you can deal with all that stuff with ease.
Or not? I mean actually, you need to have an Impress on your .at domains too.
If not, it's de facto illegal in Austria or Germany.
I would guess the terms and conditions of such service providers do you use in your Whois data exclude the illegal use of their offers.
For a skilled lawyer, looking for some easy money, it wouldn't take much time or efforts to send you an "invoice" after sending a note to nic.at which brings the next trouble.

To avoid problems like that was probably the reason that casinoFM asking for more details.
