    Exclamation Lotus Asia casino is not paying withdrawal (resolved)

    Hello! I wanted to ask for some help. I had a legit withdrawal from Lotus Asia casino on the 16th of May for $220 that I requested to be sent via postal carrier. I have not received the withdrawal. I am not getting any help with trying to get the withdrawal either. The people I have talked to over the phone and chat keep telling me they will call me later once they see what is going on but they never do. I asked if it was possible to cancel the original check and issue a new one sending it via DHL but they refuse to do it. The last rep told me that I would need to wait until the end of June to expect the winnings! That is 6 weeks!! I really need some help with this because they are not showing any integrity or willingness to give me the winnings. I do have the proof and will post the last conversation via chat for you to see. I know I was a little rude to the rep but please understand this is only the 15th time I asked for help with this. I look forward to any help someone can issue and want to warn others so they do not end up getting treated the same way. I am not sure if Lotus Asia is a "rogue" casino yet but there is no doubt in my opinion that they should be listed as one. They have definitely lost my vote.

    I am in Tennessee. I still do not get why it would take 6 weeks to reach the U.S Southeast. Any ideas?

    I'm posting in behalf of Lotus Players Club. We had sent that cheque via regular mail so we are unable to trace current status. I would suggest you to wait for 21 days(I think today is day 21 since we had released the cheque) as it can take that amount of time to be received. However, these cheques can also get lost in the post which is what I suspect has happened here. I have put an urgent stop on the cheque and will re-issue via courier so that it will be traceable (obviously at no cost to the customer). Courier cheques take 5 to 7 business days therefore you will receive this by mid next week. You may communicate this to our customer support team and I will arrange for CS to contact you on this end as well.


    Apologies for the trouble this has caused.

    that's exactly what I was going to suggest.

    Then there is certainly no problem to give Stephanie the tracking number in advance.

    Thus, your credibility would be preserved, and Stephanie would be reassured.

    Each day, a player has to fear for the money is a difficult day. And Stephanie now has many such days behind.

    You should be able to send her an email, since you must have her personal details in order to send a payment. No reason not to email tracking info.

    If you like, you can send the tracking info to a GPWA Moderator, Anthony, Paolino or myself and we can forward the information on to the member in PM.
