REVISED STATEMENT:
Hey all,
I'm Mariana, Account Manager at Adstrends Media and Affiliates Netwrok. Since aproximately 2 months, we've been running a campaign for lucky18casino having delivered a good amount of high quality players. Since the campaign started, we received payment for one installment, but not for the subsequent ones. In that time, 2 of the affiliate managers in charge of our account, have left the company because of the poor handling it has with its own employees, unethical measures applied to the day to day business and the incorrect way of making new ones.
So, up to date, we are still owed an important amount of money, amount that they are owing not only just to us, but to our affiliates who will not be able to cash the work they did for this casino since our company hasn't yet received the payments. I've been reading other threads and forums, and it seems that this is already vox populi within the community, so I really think they should take hands on the matter and start solving out the problems they have with each one of us.
Hopefully, between all of our requestsm we'll be able to help each other out.
Thks for your time,
M.

Subject: Lucky 18 Casino not honoring $2000 withdrawal
Hey all,
I'm Mariana, Account Manager at Adstrends Media and Affiliates Netwrok. Since the campaign started, we received payment for one installment, but not for the subsequent ones. I've been reading other threads and forums, and it seems that this is already vox populi within the community, so I really think they should take hands on the matter and start solving out the problems they have with each one of us. As I've heard, the one to be blamed about this is Naphtali (Naffi), Goldman. For you to have an idea, we've tried to reach him trough his mobile phone, work email accounts, personal email accounts, msn and skype, with no luck at all. We've even left him messages at his Facebook's profile...and the same, nothing happened.
So, for starters, this casino and affiliaye program should be banned from any forum, event, whatever other important thing in the industry since it really doesn't deserve to have a bunch of people working for them to fatten their wallets and we don't getting what is owed to us in return.
Hopefully, between all of our requestsm we'll be able to help each other out.
Thks for your time,
M.

We've been hearing for previous ex workers about a supposed responsable person behind all of this, but we couldn't get any answer back from him. Lucky18casino is owing our company, so, the more we are complaining, maybe they come into attention of their fault.
Goodluck!

did you ever heard of Naffi Goldman? He's the one responsable for paying affiliate managers, and of course, he's now unreachable. Lucky18casino is owing our company, big, so, the more we are complaining, maybe they come into attention of their fault.
Goodluck!

I've spoken with NSebastian and my new affiliate manager Mark. They explained the situation and are responsive now and my commission is getting paid.
I understood and accepted their apology for the lull in communication recently.
As a GPWA employee I brought up the posts in this thread. Sebastian assured me they are in the process of following up....
Yes, they've contacted us as well, Mark and Sebastian, explaining everything and promising solutions. It ended being all a misundertanding caused by their silence for the past couple of weeks. In the process, we became to understand that one of the people that supposedly was left in charge, wasn't in fact to blame, since his name was given wrongfully to us. So I extend our apologies to Naffi Goldman since complaints were poured upon him when he ins't even in the office these days since he's on holiday leave or something.
When the company starts making itself responsible for the problems, everything starts to get solved. But we must never forget that in times when no one appears reachable from the company's side, when having issues that need to be solved asap (like debts), thinking that the company is a scam and they are behaving unethically, is basically obvious. In our case, thinking we were getting scammed by Lucky18 was the end result of trying to reach them by all the available means during 2 weeks straight, never receiving an answer from the other side. So, we obviously were left thinking and believing that they ended up scamming their clients.
I'm glad to say that everything's on its way of getting solved, and again, i extend my apologies to Naffi for having held him responsible for what he isn't, only because he was the one referred to me as such.
Thks for GPWA support in all of this (users and staff) and to Lucky18 for finally getting their hands upon the issues left by those who aren't working at their offices anymore.
Rgds.

Hi all, I'm glad to say we've been paid by Lucky18Affiliates! So, again, thanks to Mark, the new affiliate manager, for speeding up the process.
We apologize for previous posts where we branded them as scammers. Because of the lack of communication for near a month and the influence of ex-employees, we were made to believe the worst.
So again, we extend our apologies to Lucky18 Casino and Affiliates since their actual behaviour has been excellent in accordance to what was promissed once they contacted us after the 1 month silence.
At last. Issue has been SOLVED.
thks all of you for your help.
Cheers,
M.
