Default Lucky 18 - Are They Still Around?

I know they had problems, but is there any chance of getting paid for the last 3 months of efforts? Also, are they gone? Their stats have been down all month. Can someone tell me if there is another thread, or another forum, where I can discuss these issues and get some sort of resolution, if this is not the right place let me know. Thanks.

To be honest I was checking stats regularly and when I would see a small spurt of traffic or even a trickle, it kept reminding me to replace their links if I ran accross them....

I think they are probably mostly gone from my sites, but my guess one day in the future I will be updating a page and will see a scattered link here or there.

Had they offered campaigns, it would have been easier to find those scattered links....lol

We're not promoting them anymore, but had a big database of players there and was still earning for the past couple months and have not been paid.

I wouldn't budget any expenses based on what they owe you. L18 has been an underhanded program for a good while. Pretty much from the get go.

    Universal4:

Can you please be more specific? What do you mean by a database error?

When you say "many of us" you mean yourself trying to legitimize your position by implying many people have complained about the same issue? Do you represent a union?

    Please identify your self.

    Thanks,

You can add me to the list Lucky18.

I haven't been able to access my stats for over 3 weeks now.

ERROR after ERROR is what I get when I try to login and check stats.

And quit the attitude when the program is at fault please.

Rick has a very valid point and was not commenting to you with any sarcasim.

    Dear Pdjoe,

Usually affiliates talk to Mark regarding that kind of problems, they send emails to support or even call to the affiliate's program phone or either the casino. It is easy to point out and blame, but the real fact is that every time someone had a problem with his account it has been taken care.

We do not consider the GPWA forum or any other forum as a formal support aplication for our affiliates. In case affiliates have a request they should contact Mark at his msn: mark @ lucky18affiliates.com, or to his skype: mark-mayer, or they even can call the casino 1-800-531-5418, which is 24/7 and always have been working.

Any other request regarding any technical issue won't be taken care at any forum.

    thanks,

    Lucky18 Casino

    Thanks for the reply Lucky!

My point is that there is a problem as Rick has pointed out and been shot Down.

Rather than deal with problems all the time, it becomes easier for me as an affiliate just to use another program.

    Thats just my 2.

Good luck to you and you program in the future

    Dear pdjoe,

It is a pleasure to reply and to be at your service.

Casinos around the word open a support line/email so affiliates can contact them in case there is a concern. GPWA is not our CRM database or a complaining ticket system embedded into our casino's backend software.

How can you expect from people to take care of you if you don't contact them directly?

If you don't want to send an email to solve out any problem and you prefer to use another program, you are more than welcome, we are aware of our capabilities, and we do pay on time.

Forums have became not only a helpful tool for public intervention but also to put pressure on casinos; even some affiliates have used this forum in the past to get money out of fraudulent or incentive traffic. We are proud to state that we pay on time and that we take care of our affiliates in a 100% – those who contact us directly and those who are not under investigation for incentive or fraudulent traffic, specially those who still writting against us and have sent traffic with accounts opened by their brothers and sisters, that's why sometimes we even don't bother in giving a response.

    best regards,

    Lucky18 Casino

Works for me Joe no sense babysitting your stats. Not actually a productive use of time IMO.

When in doubt get out lol!

Programs such as Lucky18 do not like being held accountable for anything while enjoying the fruits of our labour. I was promoting Lucky18 until the DB issues started occurring roughly 8 weeks ago. I sat there pondering is it really worth emailing, phoning, contacting them telepathically, and the answer was no. After 8 weeks Lucky18 failed to fix the problem. A failure on their part not mine.

Strange such massive errors occur? To have an AM not even know what a DB proves their incompetence.

Rick as do you Joe have legitimate questions. Instead of getting solid answers you’re treated so poorly for even asking them, another sign of an incompetent program.

Lucky18 this issue should have been noticed and fix without anyone mentioning anything. Like us affiliates instantly know when our sites go offline and we fix it.

    As per PM sent,

My opinions expressed are common and also personal ones. I closed the account down privately, without notice, nor grievance. IMO Lucky18 had ample time to resolve the DB issue and did not in a realistic time frame.

I have no further dealings with Lucky18 and therefore will not furbished my name nor affiliate tag.

This is very common. We asked from greek39 via a private message for his affiliate ID or for his name so we could verify about the complaining, but all we received was this:

"My opinions expressed are common and also personal ones. I closed the account down privately, without notice, nor grievance. IMO Lucky18 had ample time to resolve the DB issue and did not in a realistic time frame.

Common opinions? Who does this person represent? Why we did not receive any email regarding this issue? Why he doesn't want us to check the validity of his complaining? Babysitting a program? – There is no affiliate that has called or sent us an email and we have no responded.

Anyways, we are pretty confident about our capabilities, our affiliates are satisfied and they receive personal attention, we keep contact with everybody by chat/phone/email; those who do not provide us information are mainly shady and we trend to avoid them.

PS - Technically, in order to close an account you have to do it through an affiliate manager.

If there is any concern or request that should be taken care, do not hesitate to contact us by email, chat or phone.

I am not so sure that everyone that posted here that had claims they weren't getting paid is under investigation for fraud or other abuse and it might not be prudent to claim that.

Lucky 18 has ended up with a fairly bad reputation in the players eyes fairly quickly this past year and that alone speaks volumes.

I stated a fact, I wasn't running around a bunch of forums, and wasn't posting in most of the top forums making a major case out of having trounle with your program (although I have considered it now)...

Since I have made my post a few have stated that I am not the only person to state the same thing, and as far as legimiticy, well I can state that I have posted here at the GPWA a few times in the past and a few of the other affiliates that hang out here do actually know me...

....but then again a few might claim they don't know me....but that will likely work in my favor too....

I'll stop this post now so that I do not address the tone directed at me the way I first reacted.
