Technically or should I suggest the responsibility lies with Lucky18 shoulders to inform their partners there are DB errors. While you did not furbish this information in anyway, shape or form I am left feeling awkward. Awkward you should request any sort of affiliate protocols, such as,

PS - Technically, in order to close an account you have to do it through an affiliate manager.
